Good time.

Did not have the breakfast. Location was good - walking distance to La Crucecita, banks, grocery stores, the beach.

Wifi would be intermittent, and no appliances - no kettle/utensils/fridge for quick convenience.

Good location, good beds, clean.

The first room we booked didn't look like the pictures. Not inviting. Then we had to pay more to upgrade and have a regular room. At the end was a comfortable room after the upgrade but still little too expensive compared to other hotels.

Don't stay here on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night.

Nice design and pool was ok

No swimming towels provided which doesn't make sense. The hotel is right next to a club which played very loud music until 3am. That was very disruptive to sleep and I wouldn't recommend stying here over a weekend.

Beautiful hotel with warm staff but rooms are small

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful on the outside.

My room was not what I expected as the only window was a window looking onto a common passage with no window looking onto the outside

There was a bar/restaurant with live music next door, but not too loud or late at all. It was walking distance to a large supermarket as well. The whole town seemed quite safe.

The room was very clean, but whatever they cleaned with had quite a strong smell to it. I had the window open several times to try to (unsuccessfully) remove the odor.

not a lot... may be the bed... the housekeeping lady did a good job

The clerk at front desk, didn't even say hi, or welcome! while during our stay were doing some repairs right next to our room, hitting with the hammer and welding, lots of noise and smoke very hard to take some rest or nap,

Location is good in terms of it being near to a shopping center, stores and in the main street to get a taxi for city center. I really appreciate they enforce safety rules such as wearing facemasks, sanitization, etc. Good value for the price.

The staff is rude, in particular the guy responsible of the reception area on February 12th 2022 was very unfriendly. Towells were not available in the room when we checked-in. Hotel is really close to a night club so it can be very noisy at night and not really suitable for a good rest but I understand this is not under Hotel's control.

It was clean.

There is a club NEXT DOOR, as in 20 meters from the hotel front door. Not open every day, but no chance of sleeping between 22 and 06 without earplugs.

There is a sports pub next to the hotel, so it was noisy till 02:30 in the morning. Staff speaks no English.
