Lovely spacious rooms, great views, nice staff. Showers were great too!

Only thing we missed would be a mini fridge in the room and a kettle but that didn’t change our experience!

Cold showers for an entire week.

Very clean hotel. No hot water the entire stay. Cold showers, water barely warm enough to not be unbearably cold. Not sure if that’s an area thing or just this hotel.

Perfect central location for beach, markets, quick taxi to town. lovely views, great staff!

The hotel is up on a hill overlooking Bahia Chahue and is an an easy walk to Chahue, Santa Cruz and the Chedraui supermarket and restaurants etc. Staff are friendly and really helpful. We loved the 2 pools and the on-site restaurant is great when you are tired from the day’s activities. We were there during a national holiday, after which the manager suggested we upgrade to a front (pool) facing room. I would recommend upgrading if you can as it’s well worth it! The inner view room we had for the first 2 nights was much smaller and more basic. It's a wonderful hotel for families.

Beautiful hotel, great food, wonderful staff.

The hotel is spotless, the rooms very comfortable, the staff all super friendly, happy and helpful and the food is really good. This is a well managed hotel and it is super well maintained. it was our third time there and it really is wonderful. I would recommend not going over holidays if you want peace and quiet, as it was full of families. a great family spot.

The pool, although absolutely beautiful, was really noisy most nights between about 6 and 10. All the rooms are right next to it, so if you’d like to sit on your balcony or patio with a nice glass of wine in a quiet setting, you’ll need to wait until after 10! From 6-10 every night it was packed full of families having a blast and lots of kids screaming at high decimals. Great for families, not so much for an older couple!

I got first floor room and I had a balcony directly to the main pool, which was great. from the pool you can see the sea and that is another great view.

food is not included in the price for the room, but they have a restaurant on site that has amazing food and quality. if you are a guest on the building you get a discount on price.

Princess Mayev was a great place to relax and get away; great location to fun activities too!

We really enjoyed the staff, our view of the ocean (only seen from 4th floor ocean side rooms), and the pools. It was truly a relaxing experience for us. The location of the hotel was great, as well...providing access to Crucecita, private beaches, and fun activities (snorkeling).

However, the quality of the food for breakfast was not what we expected (not bad, just not superb); and the walls seemed very thin (lots of noise). Additionally, our specific shower did not have any warm water. This isn't a huge deal for us, but it was something to note.

Did not look like photographs at all. Villa rooms are on loud street.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was “extra” so it was not really a free breakfast, in my opinion.

Room had a lot of street noise, interior was very tired, stains and cracks everywhere.
