Unprofessional and unwelcome, business focused not client focused.

The idea is nice. A modern, simple studio with the basics you need.

Unfortunately, only the idea is nice. This hotel is focused on control and money and keeping their property as “clean” as possible without any attention on a good client service. The space of the hotel looks open for where the general area and balcony’s are in the open air. Still, it’s all closed and so is the feeling of staying here. They put too much attention on rules around how you need to behave and take care of your room but 0 attention on the experience of the client. You aren’t allowed to smoke in the open air on your balcony or the general area, but the main door of the hotel is closed after 11pm untill 7am in the morning. How a client can get out between this hours, is unknown. This would all get a different touch, if the receptionists and owner were nice and client service focused but they aren’t. A small “hello” is all you get when you cross them, if you greet first by yourself. In the meantime they are just watching the screen of all the camera’s, keeping a close eye on what you are doing and don’t try to leave the property without a control of how you left the room. I am a clean person myself but this went too far. I didn’t feel welcome and it’s obvious they don’t like tourists/visitors from other places. At arrival there wasn’t any hot water and despite more complains of also other clients: not one of the workers put any effort to solve this. Later, a hurricane arrived: instead of keeping any eye on the clients, or informing them or something, the owner was busy protecting the big screen televisions. Not any attention for the clients themselves.

Lovely room with kitchenette, clean, comfortable bed, air conditioned suite, and welcoming hotel.

Modern, clean, well located in La Crucecita neighbourhood. Air conditioning a plus! Staff very friendly and helpful! Walking distance or short cab to Centro or beaches.

Long flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor room, and intermittent wifi. Couldn’t get enough signal for tv, but we didn’t watch tv anyway. Front balcony was nice, though very hot in the afternoon.

Best hotel experience in Mexico so far.

The place is brand new, has perfect location in a silent neighborhood among locals with everything needed nearby. Shops, street food and much more. Excellent and competent staff lead by frontman Ray. Rooms are well equipped and have warm water.

Excellent Service, Extremely Clean and Comfortable!

Brand new hotel situated in a quiet central part of town. Some rooms come with fully equipped kitchens which we loved as we were able to make dinner and relax. Amazing king beds/ sheets/ pillows and extremely clean. Hot water. Amazing staff and service from all. Mr. Manager was super helpful and hospitable and made our stay so perfect. Small grocery food shops next door so you can buy everything you need. Thank you!!

Shower was either too hot or too cold but would stay again regardless. Was a tad bit out of the town center but by car, it takes 5 minutes.

La primer noche encontramos restos en el bote de basura y restos de que alguien se había rasurado en el baño. Nos cambiaron de cuarto a uno más amplio pero en la siguiente noche nos encontramos con una cucaracha en la zona de la cocinera, además de que sale del baño y de la tarja de trastes un olor a drenaje

Estuvo bien para lo que lo necesitábamos que era donde dormir

Los cuartos son amplios y el personal muy amable.

aunque si tomen en cuenta si no pueden subir escaleras ya que no hay elevadores. En mi estadía rentamos 2 cuartos de los cuales ninguno tenía agua caliente en la regadera, se indicó de esta situación al staff y solo pudieron arreglar uno de los cuartos.

El personal del alojamiento fue muy atento siempre. Son amables y están dispuestos a ayudar. La limpieza del lugar es impecable, hay tranquilidad en el espacio y una tiendita a lado del hospedaje. Eso está bien.

Buena limpieza, solo que hay mucho ruido, es comodo y bastante bueno de precio, amable el chico de recepcion, nos proporciono agua caliente para el cafe, panfleto para pedir pizza que estaba deliciosa.

Hay mucho ruido, no queda cerca del centro hay que tomar taxi, desde que pregunte via telefonica, le hace falta un porta rollos al baño, shampoo, le faltan amenidades como agua y cafe por ejemplo. Siento que son areas a poder mejorar.

Limpieza de las instalaciones, la decoración es linda, y el ambiente es muy agradable. El personal brinda un excelente trato. El lugar se encuentra mucho más cerca del centro de lo que aparenta, ya que llegas máximo en 10 min a él.

Está bien ubicado y el servicio al cliente es muy bueno.

Todo es falso, había una fuga de agua en nuestra primera recámara y la segunda tenía un olor muy feo. Además sirve de anzuelo para un servicio de tiempo compartido o algo por el estilo.
