Be aware of night club

The bed was super confortable, great pillows, waking up in the morning and been able to open the doors and look at the ocean was amazing, the cold shower was welcome and refreshing.

The night club next door, VERY LOUD, all night long, finished around 6, 7 in the morning. The hotel was not a 4 star. If the night club next door wasn't there I'll gladly stay there again.

Recommended if you stay Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, when the night club is closed. Otherwise, no!

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly, the facilities adequate. No glass panes, just louvers, so we could hear the surf and feel the gentle sea breeze. It is located on the beach. A general store where I could buy 10 liter jugs of water is steps away.

There is a night club next door that blasts crappy music at high volume 4 nights a week until as late as 6:00a.m., from Thursday through Sunday. I could muffle the sound if I wrapped the pillow around my head, but nothing could muffle the bass. The hotel has its own DJ who played overly loud music all afternoon until 10:00.

Proximity to beach

Posting a 1-star review specifically due to my issue — I’ll update if it’s resolved. After an 8-hour flight with connections, I arrived to find out at check-in that music blasts until 5 a.m. nightly — a major detail that was never disclosed in the listing. I gave it one night, couldn’t sleep, and had to move to another hotel. I requested a partial refund and was told I had been “given the option” at check-in — which is far too late. Out of respect, I’m only asking for a refund for the unused nights. Booking.com hasn’t responded, and I’m still waiting on the hotel. Now the hostel is listing its location in a “party zone.” This kind of misleading omission needs to be called out.

Nice looking place, hellish nights.

the rooms are very cool, the whole barrel concept is nice. The view from the room to the ocean is amazing. Overall it's quite comfy

Omg, the noise. So turns out the hotel is right next to the epic Zanate disco beach club, which means that Thursday-Saturday it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the dancefloor. I had never experienced quite something like that. They did warn me when I arrived and asked if I still wanted to stay at the hotel, but I never imagined it was going to be like that. They even offer you ear plugs, which serves for nothing. Party at Zanate goes on till 6am. It's crazy. And then on Sunday, no disco party, but then, on the other side of the hotel, across the street, there's a bar, so then we got the noice from that place. Another thing: place has no mosquito nets, and mosquitos were also hell.

Las instalaciones vecinas es un club de música que empieza a las 10 pm y no termina, la música es exageradamente alta, retumba todo y aún con tapones o AirPod con cancelación de ruido, soy de las personas que cansado duermo pero esta vez esa música me ganó es EXTREMADAMENTE ALTA.

Muy caliente no tiene ventilación, el baño no tiene privacidad, no tiene agua caliente y está enseguida de una discoteca que no deja dormir, la alberca le hace falta remodelación

Buena ubicación, mal vencí

Buena ubicación sobre la playa, la comida y opciones de bebidas del restaurant y bar muy buenas. El personal en general muy atento y servicial. Opcional nudismo al 100% en todas las áreas del hotel. Las camas cómodas y con cortina anti mosquito. Los camastros de la playa muy cómodos.

El bar de al lado (el Zanate) tiene música a un volumen muy alto toda la noche hasta de la 6:00 de la mañana, de jueves a domingo, parece que tienes los altavoces afuera de la puerta de la habitación, no se puede dormir!!!! La habitación necesita mantenimiento en general. Asimismo el hotel se ve descuidado. Sin agua caliente, sin aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. La piscina estuvo sucia (agua turbia), los tres días que estuvimos. Hay 4 lugares de estacionamiento afuera del hotel, sobre la calle, sin vigilancia.

Excelente lugar para vivir la experiencia del nudismo en Zipolite

Me encantó el concepto del hotel, primera vez en Zipolite para vivir la experiencia del nudismo. Además el diseño del hotel esta muy chingon. La chica de front muy amable y con buena vibra y su gatito Lago hermoso.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera una cocina compartida o dispensador de agua potable. Le daría un plus a las amenidades que ofrece, fuera de eso todo lo demás excelente!

Las instalaciones padres y el personal muy amable

La limpieza del cuarto solo consistió en tender la cama ya que los vasos que se utilizaron seguían sucios, las toallas mojadas sobre la cabecera de la cama y detalles que no corresponden a una limpieza de habitación.

Cómodo, pero incompleto en servicios.

La mujer que atiende a los huéspedes, es de lo más cordial, amable, tiene ese punto de saber cómo tratar a las personas individualmente. Tiene bien claro que es la atención al huésped, lástima que no le den más herramientas y personal para atender como es debido. Pero bueno, yo la pasé cómodo y bien, aunque pase trabajo buscando desayuno. Ah pero si no te gusta el ruido, no es tu lugar. Hay antros rodeando el hotel. A mi no me molestó el ruido.

Hace falta servicio a las regaderas. Y tienen que tener claro que aunque sea un huésped que tengan, deben de brindarle servicio de restaurante en sus 3 tiempos, porque a eso se dedican. O especifiquen que cuando es 1 huésped él tiene que buscar sus comidas. Porque uno va a relajarse y no pasar trabajo. Vi el caso de unos huéspedes que no tenían idea de que el desayuno tipo bufete no era para toda los huéspedes y si para un grupo de agencia turística. Que momento tan incómodo, que le habrán dicho? No como ahí. Hace falta que entiendan la empresa o dueño del hotel, que todo huésped es importante. Así sea uno.

Ruidosamente tranquilo y lindo.

La amabilidad del personas. Son maravillosos.

Los enchufes de luz hace falta uno cercano al baño para la secadora del pelatzo 😅 a las personas que no les gusta el ruido por nada del mundo se aloje ahí o saldrán más neuróticas de lo que llegan, ya que hay un antro mero al ladito y se oye hasta la respiración. A las que no nos incomoda pues lo disfrutas.

Excelentes cabañas para una viaje de pareja

Las cabañas están excelentes! La cama muy cómoda, y nuestra estancia fue genial. El hotel cuenta con una alberca muy buena, aparatos de gym para ejercitarte y un restaurante con muy buen sabor. Los drinks son buenos y en general mi estancia fue muy placentera. Está cerca de la playa del amor y de algunos bares en la playa. El staff muy amable y atentos durante toda mi estancia. Para iral centro de Zipolite si hay que caminar bastante.

El hotel está al lado de un bar cuyas fiestas terminan a las 5 AM. Si quieres ir a descansar y dormir temprano, busca mejor otro lugar. De igual manera, si quieren ir a comer/cenar fuera del hotel, el centro está retirado para caminar buen rato.
