Wow! Can't wait to go back!

The second best thing we did in 2025 was take a vacation in Zipolite, but THE BEST thing we did was stay at Casablanca! The room, the common area, the infinity pool, the games, the quiet location only a 10 minute walk to all the action, was all perfect! The hosts were great for tending to everything we wanted and entertaining us but also gave us space, as though they could read our minds when we wanted one or the other.

We loved it here so much it probably ruined our appetite to stay anywhere else!

Rooms are cozy...bathroom includes modern mirrows...kitchen doesn't miss anything ! It has micro coffe maker toaster grill silverware plates cups wine yetis...etc...

Definitely the best place to stay in Zipolite

massive room, massive bed. lovely pool with a great view. toilet comes with a hose. Great hosts, really helpful and friendly. We had great games of cornhole and darts with them and they took us out for a wonderful dinner on the beach. it's a beautiful place for coffee in the morning sun. The resident dogs are sweethearts too.

Kelly and Sherry were extremely welcoming and lovely hosts. The guest house is incredibly comfortable with lots of modern features touches you don't always find in Zipolite. They treated me like a friend as soon as I arrived.

The only thing to be aware of is it's on the other side of a hill from Zipolite, so you have to walk some dirt paths and climb some stairs. But the location is still very close to some of the best restaurants in town.

Very comfortable, well-managed and well-located.

The location is great. It's just a 10-minute walk down a lit path to get to the main street (and beach) of Zipolite. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the Wi-Fi reception is strong. The tap water is drinkable, which is very handy. Also the room had a coffee machine with delicious coffee!

There were a few mosquitoes around, so bring repellent.

Casablanca was outstanding, I did not want to leave!

The hosts were friendly and amazing and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, they were kind and generous, and gave us excellent recommendations. The suite and views were outstanding, perched over a bluff with access to a lovely beach. The suite was very well equipped, large and comfortable looking over the ocean. Wifi was consistent and dependable, outdoor stove, full size fridge, filtered drinking water, no detail overlooked. The infiniti pool was clean, refreshing and a great place to hang out and watch the ocean. There were so many deluxe places to lounge and relax and listen to the waves. Kelly and Sherry our hosts are advocates for local dogs, feeding them daily and ensuring they have medical care. I highly recommend Casablanca and enjoyed our stay here more than any other place we have stayed in Zipolite.

This place is magical! Wonderful hosts, lovely fellow guests, incredible views and private beach cove, heavenly salt water infinity pool, super clean and comfortable rooms, and beautiful design artistic touches throughout. We really loved our stay here and will be back as soon as we can!

We can hardly wait for our next visit.

The owners live on property and went all the way to make our week-long visit an outstanding experience. So much so that we have decided to return for a month. Our spacious room included a kitchenet, a perfect fit for making meals and snacks. We especially enjoyed the common area which included an infinity pool and lounge chairs; in and out of the sun. It was here that we made new friends over games and fun conversation.

There was nothing we disliked about Casablanca Guest House. This is no criticism of Casablanca but rather a warning to anyone visiting this latitude- the sun can be brutal. You will sunburn quickly.

Completely comfortable stay, stared at the sea all day, while watching whales play in the bay

I enjoyed having the kitchenette and all the comforts of home during that part of my stay in Mexico.

Booking.com says there is a fitness center which there is not. Due to my strong desire to be physically active I went to yoga next door. More specifically, naked gay kundalini yoga, so that was a trip ! :)

No me gustó.

Buen espacio de la habitación.

No es un hotel es una casa de huéspedes. No hay limpieza en las habitaciones al no ser hotel. Dicen que tienen estacionamiento pero No tienen. Tu auto se queda en la calle. La anfitriona no habla casi español. El lugar NO tiene playa, tiene acceso a un pequeñisimo espacio de playa con rocas donde no se puede bañar, nadar o entrar a bañarse y debes bajar muchas escaleras por lo que no es ideal para perdonas con alguna lesión de rodilla como yo. Hay 5 perros en la casa por lo que el ruido y los ladridos son comunes. La habitación 1 planta baja tiene el drenaje de la habitación de arriba justo en el techo por lo que todo el día vas a escuchar todo cuando los huéspedes de arriba vayan al baño. No hay sombrillas en las áreas comunes.
