The staff was extremely nice and helpfull from the first minute, i stayed in a private room and it was very nice clean and comfortable. there were many people staying in the hostel, and yet after 23 its quiet.
many small details all over the place which make up a really nice experience.

A beautiful hostel with a lovely garden area. Breakfast was good too. Staff nice.
1. I had severe food poisoning and contacted this hostel early in the morning of my reservation to inform them I was too ill to travel to Oaxaca that day. My hostel in Puerto Escondido called a doctor who gave me a IV drip for my dehydration. I improved and I was able to travel the next day to Oaxaca. On check-in I was told I had to pay in full for 2 nights at the hostel. Despite informing this hotel well before check-in that I would not arrive on the first night of my reservation . In addition I presented the doctors note.
2. The female dorm smelled damp strange. You could hear water running all night.
