The calm and pretty spot to stay in Puerto, while going somewhere else to party - total recommendation!

Super nice staff, always helpful - shoutout to Sylvia! Great location, super close to everything but still quite and relaxing. Nice people staying there as well, no weirdos. Clean rooms with AC and a fan. Beautiful pool area!

Small room (private double bed). Labeled as co-working hostel but no space for working. Continental breakfast included but only offers a bowl of fruit/granola/yogurt and two pieces of toast with butter and jam.

Excellent and practical

I really liked the privacy the beds give as they are made in concrete and the ladder is fixed and doesn't move so no one makes noise while coming up and down. The hostel environment and terrace is a huge plus, the breakfast too.

The showers could have more hangers or little shelf to put stuffs and there could more facilities to organise our stuff in the dorms

Great hostel/hotel - just be aware the beds in the dorms are really high up!

The location is amazing, the staff are really nice, it’s super clean, the pool is well maintained and the breakfast is pretty good. The guests were also a really nice cross-section of people and were friendly but also quiet during the nights.

The dorm was rammed. If you’re in one of the higher beds there’s really nowhere to easily keep your stuff and the ladder to bed situation is pretty dangerous (especially if you need to use the bathroom in the night and some of the ropes on the ladders were coming off adding an extra falling risk) and the AC is only on from 9pm to 9am, which means any bed that isn’t on the ground level is almost unusable all day due to the heat .

The dorm was pretty nice, the beds were big and the AC was effective. Also the showers/toilets were plenty, I never waited for anyone so felt like I’m not even sharing them with other people.

Amazing and clean!!! Had such a good stay

The place is so chilled and relaxing and is everything you need if you want to rest!! The property is really clean and the sunset at the roof is a must!! Also the beds are so big and comfortable.

I loved everything however if you would like to socialize a bit more maybe this is not the place. There are people who always want to do something tho! But it is very chilled and a good place if you want to chill a bit instead of activities

Friendly XXL

The dorm was good, bed were okay and spacious but the ladder to the higher bunks was difficult to manage. The staff are really lovely and friendly they really try everything to make your stay comfortable. The pool is lovely and the kitchen area of rhe roof is perfect for watching the sunset. Generally an exceptionally friendly vibe.

That the booking price doesn't include taxes. It is 25 percent more expensive in the end. Not making it cheap for a dorm room. However faciñies are of a high standard.

Very good

The shared facilities of this hostel are amazing - a lovely pool, plenty of toilets & showers so you never have to wait, nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front desk was manned 24hrs so it felt very secure.

I was in the all female shared dorm and I was assigned the top bunk which is extremely high as there are 2 beds beneath it. It felt quite dangerous and would be difficult in the night if I had needed to use the bathroom urgently (as can happen in Mexico sometimes!) If you have any mobility issues or a fear of heights it's worth trying to request a lower bunk in advance.

The perfect chill hostel in Puerto Escondido

I initially booked 2 nights in this hostel but it was so great that I decided to stay an extra week! Good beds, clean bathrooms, amazing pool, perfect location, good breakfast, nice rooftop, and, most of all, super nice staff!! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a chill hostel in the center of Puerto Escondido.

Music is played all day long around the swimming pool, which is not ideal if you want to read a book, take a nap, or make a phone call.

Exceptional

Great location close to the main street. Staff were helpful and breakfast was light, simple and tasty. It was great to have the pool to cool down and air con at night in the dorm room was a life saver! No issue with construction noise from nearby plots as La Punta is developing. I would definitely return here.

As mentioned, the area is in development because it is up and coming and was not an issue apart from a power outage for a night. The staff were really good and very helpful in this situation though. One other note would be to have some kind of rail for protection from falling on the higher bunks on the dorm.

Location and aircon in the room were great. Helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness was a big positive as well

To make snacks available at the bar. The rooftop seems like untapped potential as everyone hangs by the pool and the breakfast is by the pool. Maybe a rooftop bar in the future would work.

Great place! Just loved it

Stayed there in a private room for 2.5 months and several nights in hostel. Perfect for me :) Very stylish, very new (opened in Oktober 2022, which means there are no ants), the best view (honestly, the best view to the ocean and mountains), clean swimming pool, cool terrace with kitchen on the roof, nice people (owners especially). Great WiFi (starlink!!!), new ac. Breakfast is included: fruits, granola, yogurt, bread, jam, team, milk, coffee. The same one for 2 months was... too much, but it's always nice to have fruits in the morning. What surprised me a lot - they really do everything you ask and quickly. Examples - I wanted a hammock, some chairs and plants in my room. They brought it the same day (hammock appeared a bit later, but they bough it specially for me!), asked for butter instead of margarine - done. Two times I left for a week and they agreed not to count these days,, though I paid on a monthly basis. Enjoy!

Hard to find minuses. Maybe - hot water only starts running in the middle of the day and rarely happen power shortages. But it's all over la punta.

El desayuno es ligero y cumple su función. Respecto a las habitaciones, compartidas, las personas siempre se mostraron respetuosas y amables, así como todo el personal del hostal.

Sehr gute Quali für wenig Geld

Die Qualität vom Hostel ist sehr gut. Vor allem die Aussicht auf den Pazifik vom Rooftop ist phänomenal. Das Hostel ist sehr sauber. Optimales Hostel, wenn man runterkommen möchte. Personal war immer hilfsbereit.

Die dritte Etage bei den Hochbetten empfand ich etwas beängstigend (kein Seitenschutz am Bett). Es gibt an sich keine großen Aktivitäten, sodass es schwierig ist sich mit den Gästen zu connecten. Die meisten sind eher unter sich.

Servicio tramposo

Al llegar al alojamiento no tenían el servicio que elegí en la app y me ofrecieron a otro. Dijeron que se habían tratado de comunicar conmigo a un número que yo no registré en plataforma El precio cambiaba radicalmente a más del doble de lo convenido y uno de los tres viajeros debía dormir en una colchoneta en el piso. Caí en cuenta que a mi amiga le hicieron lo mismo, en lugar de una habitación le ofrecieron hostal.

No respetan las condiciones en lugar de habitación te mandan al hostal

Super goed verblijf in Puerto Escondido

Heel fijn Hostel, super schoon en leuke mensen. Geen party hostel, maar iedereen staat open voor contact en alle activiteiten kun je regelen via het hostel

In de dorm heb je 2 verdiepingen aan bedden. Die 2e verdieping is echt heel erg hoog. Ik heb een verzoek ingediend voor het onderste bed en deze ook gekregen 👍🏻

Super séjour merci beaucoup

L’hostel est proche de la plage, et des restaurants pour aller dans le centre les collectivos passent proches. Le personnel sont super gentils et amicaux!! La piscine est propre tout comme les locaux. La vue du rooftop est super (possibilité de voir les baleines depuis) et le petit déjeuner est très bon possibilité de se resservir

Alles was goed. Als ik iets moet noemen zou het ontbijt iets beter kunnen, maar het is bij de prijs inbegrepen dus super oké.

Bonita vista al mar y hospedaje super cómodo

Muy bonita habitación, super amplia con el balcón con una maravillosa vista al mar. Todo muy limpio. Desayuno básico pero rico. La atención de personal muy buena. Sin duda un lugar para regresar.

Top, idéalement situé pour profiter de la Punta. Très bonne ambiance, de belles rencontres, atmosphère détendue et relax. Belles infrastructures, bien entretenue et rooftop avec vue sur la mer ! Un gros plus pour l’intimité des lits (lit dans l’angle avec paroi en béton qui créer un cocon)

Il aurait été chouette qu’il y ait un peu plus d’activités sociales organisées !

Me encantó mi estancia aquí, volveré!

Es un lugar limpio, cómodo y con muy buena ubicación, a solo unas cuadras encuentras todo, todo el personal es muy amable y te ayudan en lo que sea que necesites, el desayuno es rico y tiene unas vistas increíbles, sin duda regreso. :)

Las escaleras para subir a las camas son un poco incómodas porque subes descalzo, pero te acostumbras.
