Perfect

Casa Kame is located a bit outside of the centre of Puerto Escondido and therefore really nice and quiet. There is lots of opportunities to hang around at the property, the pool is small but we didn't really use it as we went to the beach most of the time. The rooftop terrace is lovely too! Rooms have everything you need and the bed is really comfortable too!

I wish they would've offered beach towels :)

Exceptional Hospitality and Integrity

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Kame, the hotel is located in a very quiet area of the city, where you wake up to birds chirping, 15 minutes walking from the beach and 20 minutes from shops and restaurants. My partner and I had a few bad experiences with accommodations before arriving to Casa Kame so finding the small oasis, was so relieving. The staff was friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was amazing. What truly impressed me, though, was their honesty and professionalism. After my stay, I realized I had accidentally left a pouch with my travel money in my room. I contacted them, and they confirmed that they had found it. They even took the time to do a video call with me to show that everything was still there. Though it took time to arrange and at points communication could have been quicker, they went out of their way to ensure I got my money back. Their commitment to customer service and integrity truly stands out. I highly recommend Casa Kame, not just for their hospitality, cleanliness but also for their trustworthiness. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism—I will definitely stay here again!

We’d return for the beautiful architecture alone, but everything else was perfect too.

The architecture of Casa Kame is breathtaking and beautiful. The rooms were super spacious and clean, with a separate living area and a small kitchen. Having a private fridge was amazing. The hotel also has very nice communal areas – a large kitchen, a patio and rooftop terraces. There are outdoor showers, which are great when you return from the beach. When we arrived we thought the small pool in the courtyard was mostly decorational, but we ended up dipping in at least twice a day to cool down. The hotel also as a dispenser with cool drinkable water, which is a godsend in the hot climate. The fact that we could check in already at 8am was amazing as we arrived early by nightbus. The staff was kind and flexible. When we arrived there was a small issue with the AC in our room and the staff immediately took care to fix it and offered to move us to a different room should it take too long – great service! As other reviews mention the area around the hotel isn’t fully developed yet, but if you ask me that is a good thing: Lots of nature and clear views to the ocean! And where else would you ever complain about a 15 minute walk to the beach?

Hidden gem, but rent a car to commute!

This is a hidden gem, brand new you can smell it, Francia and the other ladies will assist you with anything you need, it´s a bit far from la Punta and the rest of Brisas de Zicatela, in the middle of nowhere, very quiet and peacefull!

there is no pavement on the street nor lights, so is a bit tricky to get here by foot after sunset, cause it gets really dark! Is hard to get a taxi drive you here cause they wont get passengers to return to the main street/area. I stayed in 3 different areas in puerto escondido this one was my favorite by far cause it is so confortable (AC and HOT SHOWER), I will defenitely come back only if I have a rental (car or scooter).

The best stay i had in a long time

The best hotel in Puerto Escondido, i’ve stayed in many hotels and Casa Kame is by far the best one, rooms are amazing, very clean and beautiful. The hotel has amazing architect design. Casa Kame is also very close to everything.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar y trabajar.

Esta muy cerca de Zicatela con acceso fácil a la carretera principal, la cocina es una gran opción para cocinar ahí, las instalaciones son adecuadas y tienen todo lo necesario para comer, además que cuenta con tv en la cocina para tener entretenimiento mientras cocinas o comes.

Tal vez reglamentos sobre la limpieza (esto es de cada persona y no responsabilidad del anfitrion),pero como todas las personas tienen acceso, no todos son muy limpios o dejan sucio, y en lugares como puerto, hay que ser rigurosos con la limpieza. Así como el fumar en areas abiertas como la terraza y no en la cocina, ya que el olor (no siempre de cigarro) es fuerte.

Me gusto la cama era cómoda y las almohadas también, ideal si quieres descansar después de un día lleno de actividades, el frigobar es de lo mejor, puedes guardar tus bebidas y alimentos y las cajoneras excelentes para acomodar tus cosas sin que estén desordenadas y la atención 10/10

Un alojamiento con alto valor arquitectónico

Me gustó mucho la arquitectura del lugar y los acabados, cuidaron mucho los detalles. La ubicación si es algo complicado para llegar, realmente si no tienes transporte privado si es complicado pero veo que así es el concepto de este tipo de alojamientos.

Lo que realmente me molestó fue que uno de los huéspedes con los que coincidimos durante nuestra estancia, se tomó 2 leches (sin nuestra autorización y sin preguntar) que estaban en el refrigerador en nuestra caja transparente que tenía marcado el número 6, que fue la habitación donde nos alojamos. Sé que esto está fuera de su control en situaciones como estas y la verdad es algo ajeno a ustedes. Pero ese fue el único inconveniente que tuvimos

Las Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y todo nuevo . El colchón es espectacular muy cómodo . El edificio es nuevo y buen diseño.

Me salió una mega cucaracha en el lavabo arriba de los cepillos de dientes . Necesitan buena fumigación.

Hotel de diseny molt confortable

Les instal.lacions estan molt bé en general. A diferencia d’alguns dels comentaris, no hem tingut cap problema. Les habitacions son amplies i comodes. La ubicació condiciona l’estada i és algo a tenir en compt a l’hora de desplaçar-te. Cal llogar moto o cotxe o trucar un taxi, doncs està a uns 17 min de la zona mes centrica de la punta.

Alquilar una moto de 4 ruedas

El diseño y las instalaciones son fantásticas, hasta mejor que en las fotos. La habitación era pequeña, pero todo muy limpio, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bastante bien, fundamental para el calor de Pto Escondido. Lo único malo es que el acceso aún es muy difícil, el camino es de tierra con subidas y bajadas empinadas, por lo que se necesita un auto o al menos una moto de 4 ruedas para movilizarse con facilidad. Hay muchas construcciones alrededor así que probablemente eso mejore dentro de poco tiempo si asfaltan. Al final decidimos alquilar una moto de 4 ruedas y fue excelente opción.

Bonito lugar con buena ubicación. Cómodo pero no para estancias largas. Como sugerencia que revisen el aire acondicionado porque gotea al interior de la habitación y fumiguen por que hay muchas hormigas
