A nice La Punta experience for a short stay

Location, pool, decor and vibe

Floor wasn't very clean and there wasn't much privacy with our doors and windows being right next to the pool

Comfortable and central rooms at La Punta

Rooms were very comfortable, and we liked the 5-10min walking distance to the beach and main restaurants of La Punta. Also, there is a common kitchen that all 6 rooms can use that we enjoyed.

I don’t recommend it

The room was good size and clean, and I liked the kitchen and common area.

The fact that there is no staff at the hotel. I was there for 4 nights and the power went out 3 nights for a few hours which means no electricity, no AC and no water! It feels pretty unsafe to be there in the dark with nobody from the hotel to support and provide alternatives.

Prachtig verblijf in een rustig stuk van La Punta

Mooi en schoon, met perfecte ligging.

Bijzonder dat er geen receptie is of iemand die continu aanwezig is. Wij hebben het niet perse gemist, want alles verliep vlekkeloos.

Limpio, cómodo, dormimos excelente en la cama y las instalaciones de clima/amenidades fueron excelentes

Para llegar hay cero señalización, necesitas poner muchísima atención para encontrar la puerta. Está en la zona de la colina por lo que el acceso a la playa es complejo y accidentado

Bien, avec quelques points à améliorer

Endroit agréable et assez récent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le design épuré. Proche du centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Bonne literie.

Quasi aucune insonorisation (on entend tout qui se se dit à la piscine depuis la chambre, et inversement). Les rideaux ne couvrent pas toute la fenêtre si bien que la nuit, lumière allumée, il est possible de voir à l'intérieur. La porte n'est pas étanche (assez gros interstices) et laisse passer les insectes le soir. La propreté doit être améliorée il y avait de longs cheveux dans la douche, accrochés aux petites pierres du sol. Une bonbonne d'eau minérale est nécessaire, à défaut de fournir des bouteilles d'eau (ce qu'on comprend parfaitement)

Excelente ubicación con alberca y muy tranquilo y muy limpio

Las puertas del baño no cerraban bien entonces cada que alguien iba al baño era un ruideron hasta que lograba cerrarla. La llave del lavabo estaba super dura, no era fácil abrirla ni cerrarla, había que tomar un papel para agarrar fricción y poder abrirla/cerrarla
