Casa Monika was a private, enclosed , 3 story structure including a terrace , with capacity for
12 guests, small sufficient communal kitchen, small pool which was only cleaned on first morning of arrival, stayed 7 days.
Very early morning noisy construction right beside the property-No staff to greet us upon arrival to help us know the facilities, the property, where supplies were stored-beach towels, toilet paper, what to do with the garbage, how to manage security of front door-we had difficulty with keypad code upon arrival.
Would have been helpful to have had written instructions to help us better enjoy the facilities.
Texted Chris, hotel manager, upon arrival & set up meeting following Thursday morning. He arrived, we explained & showed him our concerns-ie poorly hung front window curtains showing gaps open to the public, empty soap dispensary, not working properly, low shower pressure. Chris Was attentive, helpful, good suggestions what to do & we felt comfortable. Saturday morning, informed Chris my toilet was not flushing properly. No staff attended to what I considered to be an emergency situation until Monday. Why? No staff work on Sunday. Luckily I could use the toilet next door in my friend’s room. Chris arrived on Monday- fixed the gaping curtains & dealt with the toliet problem.
Do not remember reading that the property allowed animals. A guest on the second floor had a dog on a leash as she left & entered the property throughout the week stayed. Street dogs were barking at night- not sure this dog was. But much to our surprise, returning home early one evening, dog was left unsupervised on the property, roaming. The dog approached the open door wanting to leave the property not aggressively but uncomfortably & again when we opened our room doors. Sadly left alone, neglected with the responsible left to the 3 guest to respond to its needs. We ignored the dog & went into our rooms.
My friend & I both with mobility issues found the walk up & down dirt stony steep hills surrounded by construction a challenge. Definitely not 500 metres.

großes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, hübscher Innenhof mit Pool; man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand, hat aber eine ruhige Oase und nicht den Punta-Stress.
Die Unterkunft ist top. Die einzige Kleinigkeit, die man verbessern könnte, ist die Beleuchtung im
Innenhof und vor den Zimmern.

Il y a actuellement des travaux : réveil tôt le matin (6/7h). Cela mérite de baisser les prix des chambres le temps des travaux. Niveau rapport qualité/prix déçu.
