Great value, location. Very comfortable

A peaceful oasis but within easy walking distance of all the facilities and sea. Each room has a spacious balcony.

Everything was great. Lovely people. Clean comfortable rooms. No food, but a bar and access to coffee in the morning. So many cafes and restaurants within brief walking distance, however.

I love the location and how quite it is. The rooms are spacious and the bed is amazing - just wauw! Its extremely clean everywhere which is great.

No food options. No help with carrying of the luggage or any extra thoughts. Its a pleasant stay but very much on your own.

Quiet and comfortable and Jerry and the staff go above and beyond for what you might need. Lovely little bar for coffee or drinks on property Bed and bedding are SO comfortable - shower is a little weak water wise but gets the job done ! Lovely pool area to relax and about a 10 min walk to the beach . Great restaurants that they suggested . Refreshing pool ! Close to everything Would absolutely stay again!

Exquisite!

Second time staying here - what an oasis!! Nothing better than coming back and unwinding in the pool after a day of beaching. Had a top floor balcony view which made everything even more amazing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel - great value for money in an amazing location in La Punta (10 min walk from the beach but off the main strip so feels relaxed). Big comfy beds and really nice decor! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Easy access to the beach in La Punta. But still far enough away from the party zone in order to have no noise during the night.

Excellent boutique resort, the pool are is gorgeous, the staff excellent and the rooms very clean, new and beds very comfortable.

Property is great but upon arrival the roads in this area a far from good, on our approach we thought we were lost. Don’t let the dirt bumpy roads fool you it’s a great place.

Overall good vibes

The room was very comfortable, everything was clean the staff was super nice. Big love to the air-conditioned room since it was 80% humidity outside!

The hotel doesn't sell any food, just coffee and some chips. It's up a little street so the walk was a bit tough knowing how hot it was outside, the restaurants are all further down by the beach - so it's all fine really, just an advice to figure out your food arrangement before getting to the hotel

Comfy, luxury, perfect solo or couple place

Room (with sea view) was super comfortable and enjoyed the pool! I wanted two nights to relax and get some energy back and it did the trick. The walk there was a bit tricky on foot due to the building site of the surrounding area but it was only 10/15 minutes to the main stretch of Puerto. I wasn’t there for social vibes so I was happy that guests kept to themselves and respected the privacy vibes!

No free water for guests or any snacks No phones so had to text the manager / owner (who was incredibly responsive btw!!) It would be nice to be able to choose if fresh towels are required daily to save water!

Fabulous

We loved everything about Casa Bicachi - it is a gem and if you are considering staying here – do it! This is our second stay at this hotel and I have also recommended it to family and friends. It is an oasis in Puerto Escondido and the owner and staff are wonderful. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and simply one of the best places I have stayed in PE and I have been going there regularly for the last 9 years. The location is only a short walk up a hill which is perfect as you are away from the noise but still close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again!

Exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Puerto.

The hospitality was amazing. The team here was extremely accommodating when it came to early check ins or late check outs which helped us with our travel plans tremendously. The rooms were amazing, everything worked properly and the pool was extremely clean and refreshing after a hot day.

Many places in Puerto are situated on a hill so you may have to walk a little if you rent a motor bike. That being said, the walk is easy and there are nearby moto rentals and restaurants that make this location very convenient.

Very quiet, relaxing. Staff very kind, helped us with early check in and gave us tons of recommendations.

If I had to change one thing, it would be to move this place a little closer to the beach. It’s about a 8-12 minute walk from the beach (where all the restaurants, bars, etc are). Nothing else needs changing, this was a great stay.

If I come back to La punta, I will only stay at this hotel.

Most of us go to La Punta for the amazing parties, music, dancing and amazing sunsets. Casa Bicachi Hotel is a wonderful place to rest and escape when you need it. Wonderful Host, perfect interior, coziness surpasses many hotels seen. If you want to fall into a particularly cozy room after a good and fun party, you will like this place the most. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates the high quality of services.

amazing gem

I’m so glad we booked here, it’s such a lovely property and in a great location not to far from La Puntas Main Street but far away enough that there’s no noise pollution at all. The design of the rooms and the pool area is beautiful, it’s gets a good amount of sun in the afternoons but also always has (needed) shade and everything is super clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful too! The communal area had great super fast WiFi.

Literally the only con is that the wifi is slow and a bit patchy in the rooms, but it’s not a big hotel more( more like a boutique) so it’s easy to go on the balcony or down to the communal area if you need it to be faster. we were in a corner room so we had less balcony but it wasn’t a huge issue, if we come again I’ll ask to have the ones one the side.
