Great little boutique hotel in heart of La Punta

Great location in a very clean hotel in La Punta.

Location could not have been better in La Punta. The hotel was located down a quiet road away from the noise of La Punta, but easily accessible to the town. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

There are a couple of small neighborhood dogs that would bark and sometimes try to nip at me as I walked to the hotel. On the last day, there was no hot water. I mentioned it to the staff, but it was not fixed by the time I checked out.

Not what we expected .... in a number of ways.

Room was as expected per the pictures and furnishings were nice. It is four blocks to beach without all the noise. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and good taxi stand.

The beds were ridiculously poor quality and made terrible noises each time you moved. No over cover; just a light sheet . NO WATER PRESSURE at all in shower. The area is run down and street is very poorly lit at night which only added to our insecurity to go out after dark.

The location was perfect, it is a couple of blocks away from the beach, restaurants and bars. The roads are not in the best conditions, but even in rainy weather you can walk from/to the hotel in flipflops

Do wish the pool was cleaner and didn’t have much water for the toilet for it to go down properly.

Nicely designed place but not very comfortable

Very nice pool and generally nicely designed, safe.

Quite thin walls for such a new place, you hear all noises inside and outside hotel. The bed was too soft for us and overall very little storage space. Bathroom also very small. There was a constant sound from either a generator or neighbors AC.

Beautiful, clean and excellent location!

Staff are super helpful and lovely, the cleanliness standards are great! nice pool area. Having fruit, tea and coffee available for breakfast was a nice touch. Easy walking distance to the beach and main stop of cafes. We really enjoyed Casa Ita Surf

Absolutely loved staying here, amazing location, very peaceful, beautiful interiors and very friendly staff, including Justine who gave us all the good recommendations. The rooms and nice a spacious with air con which is needed! Would definitely stay again, can’t wait to come back to Puerto Escondido - a very special place!

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy atento (sobre todo Lina). Las instalaciones son muy lindas y la guía que envían previo a la estancia con detalles de Puerto Escondido ayuda bastante!

La calle es complicada para llegar en época de lluvias ya que se enloda bastante. Sería recomendable que tuvieran copas de vino, sacacorchos para habitaciones o de préstamo en cocina y que pudieran prestar toallas para la playa.
