Excellent location when hanging out in Zicatela. Traveling around from there is a breeze. Hotel's high points are its location and spectacular views from the upper floors. Staff are excellent and always available to help.
A few minor additions to the room amenities would have been nice, but lack thereof certainly didn't diminish the pleasure of our stay.

Great location and amazing views from deluxe rooms
Needs more maintenance. We didn’t have hot water the first day. No daily bottle of waters offered.
