Great, would definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious, clean and bright. Shower, water temperature and water pressure were great. The location was exceptional, with multiple restaurants and bars very close by. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We could not use our Roku, however, we were able to login to our Netflix account. The noise from the pool area at night was very intrusive, and woke us up multiple times. Our room wasn't facing the pool so I can only imagine how loud a pool facing room would have been. The pool area is very small and challenging to get a sun lounger over weekends.

Such a peaceful, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the location, facing the ocean on one side, with restaurants, bars, shops all within 5’mins walking distance. It has a very chill vibe, with mostly couples looking to relax and not party hard. There were always a lot of available chairs/umbrellas by the pool and beach. The rooftop bar is a fantastic plus to watch the sunset or have a nightcap, and the cocktails are very good. The waves are extremely strong and not suitable for swimming, but this is the case everywhere in the area, and not specific to this hotel. You can hear a bit of music from nearby bars in the evening, but they all close between 10-11pm latest so that isn’t an issue! We would love to be back next time we are on that side of Mexico.

Glorious hotel in the heart of a hip community

Fabulous sunset view from the spacious balcony, lovely shower, in roon coffee maker with bags of local coffee. Eefeigerator with a good freezer made those evening coctails arelaxing treat. Nice little swimming pool because the beach waves are pretty much always red flagged.

Everything was great but watch out if you cannot handle stairs.cIt was 50 steps to our room but we enjoyed the exercise.

Exceptional

The Hotel has a surf vibe with great details on the inside, the room where we stayed was big and clean all of the time. The staff is super nice and friendly, and also is in one of the main streets of Puerto, where you'll easily find bars and restaurants. Also thumbs up for being the nicest Hotel on the street.

Not blaming the Hotel, but expect construction noise from 8am , because as Puerto is getting bigger everyday, there are constructions everywhere.

Exceptional

A beautiful, well equipped room that feels like home away from home. Great location near the beach, with great service by the staff if you use the beach chairs or go to the pool in the inner courtyard. Very nice kitchen in the rooms with a coffee maker and free oaxacan ground coffee, full set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Very friendly and helpful staff that helped book tours and nice activities in the area.

No complaints. Perhaps more information on breakfast would be helpful.

Gorgeous property, right on the beach, with extremely attentive and friendly staff. Powerful A/C and we had the beachfront room so we fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing. Sunsets in the hammock. Lounge chairs on the beach with full service. The stay here was quite special, would recommend 10/10

Lovely staff and very clean

The hotel is is a great location for the beach. Our room and the rest of the hotel we very clean and well maintained. There are lots of places to eat close by.

We stayed over Christmas Day and the price was very high for the hotel and area. There is a lot of noise at night if your room entrance faces the strip.
