TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

location wise this made sense, but staffs mentality is rude and tries to impose ridiculous terms and conditions.

My experience at Casa Nadó (Puerto Escondido) was honestly terrible due to the staff’s behavior. In particular, Natalie Díaz was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. When we asked for a late checkout, she said it would only be possible if we paid cash directly to her, which felt shady and totally inappropriate. After checkout, we were essentially kicked out of the property and were not even allowed to wait in the common areas unless we paid cash again. Any hotel meeting basic hospitality standards allows guests to sit in common areas for a short time while arranging transportation. Here, the attitude was openly hostile: “pay me or leave.” They also make guests sign a separate “rulebook” with over the top restrictions, and the overall approach feels more about controlling guests than providing hospitality. Good location, but the service ruins the entire experience. I do not recommend staying here and I would not return.

Boutique hotel ambitions with a motel owner’s mentality.

The hotel clearly aims for a boutique experience, and aesthetically, it succeeds. The interiors are very stylish, and the pool area, patio, and rooftop terrace are beautiful and photogenic.

The management's approach towards issues pointed out by us was a major letdown. Our room had no windows, only a glass door opening onto the shared patio. This meant a constant choice between having a bit of natural light or having any privacy, as guests were walking by to the pool or reception all day. Because of the lack of a window, the air was very stuffy. Since I have respiratory issues and cannot use air conditioning, the lack of proper ventilation was a health concern for me. Furthermore, there was a bizarre door inside the shower leading straight to a construction site. When we tried to resolve these issues, the management was completely inflexible. They refused to change our room or offer a partial refund for shortening our stay. This "take it or leave it" attitude felt more like a budget motel than a premium boutique hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor—very small portions and a very limited selection that didn't match the hotel's visual standard.

The breakfast offering was extremely poor: half a slice of toast per person with a tiny, pea-sized portion of butter. Staff were unhelpful when asked for additional food. There was no drinking water provided in the bedroom, and a noticeable sewage smell coming from the toilets. The building has no lift. The room has glazed windows facing the lobby with no curtains, meaning light shines directly into the room at night when lights are on in the corridor. Although the room was ready earlier than check-in time, staff did not allow us to enter early despite us waiting in the lobby. Overall, for the price charged, the property does not feel luxurious and does not match the photos advertised. The service is virtually non-existent. There are excessive and unreasonable rules, including fines for taking towels off the premises and for late check-out. The towels provided were stained, and the pool was disappointing. I chose the place based on existing reviews, but I find them hard to believe having experienced it myself.

Clean, friendly, supportive, and just lovely!

The standout is how lovely the staff were. Really supportive and let us check in early. The beach is close by and it’s quiet enough to get some sleep! Facilities are modern and clean.

Only feedback would be: it would be good to get the rooms cleaned daily like a hotel. Being located near the beach it would be nice to get the floors swept/vaccumed, toilet roll replenished and fresh towels. A hairdryer would be lovely too. But honestly we’ll be coming here again.

Excelente alojamiento, lindas instalaciones, todo muy nuevo, hermosa decoración, gran habitación.

Mejoraría el desayuno porque es bastante sencillo y desluce el resto d la atención e instalaciones del hotel. Solo consta de un café en taza de plástico, 3 triángulos de pan para 2 personas, porciones muy escuálidas de mantequilla y mermelada, lo mejor de todo un bowl d yogurt con fruta y avena. Realmente pobre.

La estancia es súper tranquila, relajada y es súper bonita, comoda y limpia.

Creo que el desayuno debería incluir por lo menos 1 proteína. (Huevo/ cuernito con jamón) y más opciones de bebida aparte de agua y café, no tiene que ser algo muy elaborado pero si es algo que faltó a pesar de que el resto de la comida es buena.

Tranquilidad y ubicación inmejorable en La Punta

El alojamiento fue justo lo que necesitábamos. Hotel en un lugar tranquilo y a 2min andando de la punta. Habitación grande con cama enorme y muy cómoda. Las instalaciones se ven nuevas y cuidadas y el personal ha sido muy atento con nosotros. No pudimos escoger mejor.
