Almost everything! Super friendly staff who could help with any question or Tipps.

Super close to the beach but at this part of the beach there is no infrastructure so perfect if you don’t want any people close or you don’t need restaurants or bars close by. Rent a quad and then it’s a great location!

Casa arkana muy buena opción

El diseño es muy bonito. Es fresco, la atención y habitaciones buena. Aun q me tocó una habitación justo arriba de la alberca y se escuchaba el agua,en su mayoría del tiempo no estábamos así q no hubo problema. La cortesía del café por las mañanas es un buen gesto. Y el reglamento es muy bueno para un descanso óptimo y respeto entre los huéspedes. La alberca es pequeña en dado caso q este full el hotel.

Falto una regadera a pie de alberca, para una mejor higiene.

Mal olor en habitación toallas sucias

La experiencia no fue del todo agradable, salía un mal olor del baño imposible de estar, no nos pudieron ayudar, el baño tenía moho en la pared y las toallas siempre olía muy mal, aunque pedimos que las cambiaran en varias oportunidades, las fotos no son nada parecidas a la realidad , muy buen fotógrafo

No nos gustó, que el personal no le gusto que solicitamos cambiar mas toallas varias veces, y que a pesar que indicamos que olía muy mal la habitación no buscaron de cambiarnos solo no les importo,

Excelente lugar, el concepto que tiene, tanto el diseño como la atención están increíbles, la idea de la rooftop pool está 👌🏻. El personal en todo momento atento a nuestras necesidades, nos alojamos con un bebé y nos facilitaron mucho la estancia. Buena ubicación cerca de la playa, lugar muy tranquilo. Recomendado 🤞🏼

¡El estilo del hotel está increíble! A mi novio y a mi nos encantó. No hay una sola zona en donde no te sientas agusto, tranquilo o feliz, el acceso a la playa está a unos pasos, en todo momento están al pendiente y sin duda volvería a quedarme ahí otra vez.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Nah am Strand

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, fühlt sich an wie im Bunker. Rooftop war nicht schattig, Pool war super warm - man konnte sich nicht oben aufhalten. Am meisten gestört hat mich allerdings die stetige Fehlkommunikation des Personals. Aus Versehen habe ich eine Nacht zu viel gebucht und habe direkt zu Anfang darum gebeten, die Nacht zu stornieren. Booking.com war sehr kulant und hat das Hotel um eine Ausnahme gebeten. Leider wurde hier weder eingelenkt noch richtig kommuniziert. Mir wurde zu Anfang zugesagt, dass sie es prüfen und dann bestätigt, dass es klappt. Ich habe über booking erfahren, dass das Hotel die Ausnahme abgelehnt hat. Schade! Leider ist das Hotel weder vom Service, noch der Ausstattung zu empfehlen! Das einzig praktische: nah am Strand. Aber da wir sowieso immer in La Punta waren, wo es am schönsten ist und wo es Liegen und Beach Clubs gibt, war die Lage dieses Hotels zum Strand nicht wichtig. Ich reise sehr viel und habe bis jetzt in Mexiko nie Probleme gehabt - dieses Hotel hat mich leider sehr enttäuscht. Für diesen Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
