Such a lovely place to stay,spotless rooms great facilities and a wonderful landlady

Stayed for two nights and wish it was more. Welcomed in by Kelly who is friendly and very accommodating. Nothing too much trouble and very knowledgeable for things on area and has done them all herself so she knows her stuff. It was a bonus to meet beautiful Olive as well. The room was very spacious and extremely clean and furnished to a fantastic level. Would highly recommend you have Kelly's breakfast in the morning looking out over her terrace and the pool. The pool was lovely and heated and so nice after a day out to relax. Fantastic facilities of pool table games and bar area and plenty of seating around the pool and on the terrace overlooking it to enjoy. Very close to the seafront to go out for food and a walk and the beach in Torquay. We were welcomed to order a takeaway if we wanted. We have never used facilities away before but it was so nice and so welcome that we used it a lot. Whenever we visit Torquay again we will always come back to this place and highly recommend others to do so as well. Thank you Kelly for being amazing and doing such an amazing job for everyone staying with you.

Nothing to comment on it was all fantastic

A lot of care and consideration has gone into the appearance and care of Glenorleigh! Makes it feel so much more comfortable and welcoming in comparison to your standard chain hotels. The Manager was absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely return soon!

Haven’t got a bad word to say about my visit!

Overall, the stay was decent. The breakfast arrangements were good although there was an additional charge for extras. The kids enjoyed the pool.

There were not enough staff available to handle guest requests promptly and at times it was difficult to find someone for assistance as the owner seemed to be managing everything alone. Wi-Fi in the room was inconsistent, parking was quite tight and the room decor felt outdated.
