The Osborne Hotel

Very comfortable, clean and nice looking, nice location and facilities. Also a nice location not far walk to a local “high street” / docks.

Don’t get me wrong, staff on reception is very nice and kind but servants in restaurant.. they are quite annoyed just because you are there

Location was superb

Needing a bit of work - ugly scaffolding outside our window. Lots of cost cutting seemed to be taking place

Such a fantastic location, everyone so friendly, all staff brilliant, had a super relaxing couple of days with the indoor pool and gym. The outdoor pool and bar and eating area, the beach was so welcoming, coffee, toilets changing rooms. Hired paddle boards from the hotel, the cost of all food and boards very reasonable and excellent price for such quality. Will be visiting again very soon.

The dining service was excellent

We are eighty five and have great difficulty with stairs, we were told we had been placed in a room on the Mezzanine floor which has a combined access of lift and stairs! we immediately said this is not suitable, the receptionist said there was no mention on our form to say no stairs! we said our agent must be at fault. The receptionist said she would look for another suitable room, after what seemed a long wait she said We are fully booked! I am afraid the room allocated to you is it! We struggled for two days with the stairs.! This is a wonderful Hotel, and in general it was good but completely spoilt.
