The staff were fantastic, very good customer service received by all members of staff.
Swimming pool was lovely and warm
Evening entertainment was brilliant
Breakfast could of been better
1/4 of slice of toast for fried bread and the smart price apple juice needs improving

The manager, Suzy, is a lovely person, very welcoming, helpful and charming. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the harbour and the main attractions. Torquay has very steep roads, older people like myself needed a taxi to take me back to the hotel.

We had room only . The pool was good, if a little cold. The lounge area was really nice and comfortable. Staff were lovely.
Hotel was quite dated and catered more for coach trips.
