Breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were very efficient. Reception team will helpful
I am recovering from a knee replacement operation so I should have checked that there was a room on the ground floor. I found the stairs up and down to room 61 very difficult: the riser was very high and the tread very narrow and quite dangerous in my opinion

The property was spacious with an outside area and large communal spaces
The property is very run down and the communal spaces looked like they could do with a clean. However the beds were clean and the breakfast was lovely. For the money £30 a night with breakfast it was good value. However i suspect that it could attract a number of different types of guest

booking the hotel arriving and booking in was quick and straight forward
it was rather busy at breakfast we had one waitress for about 22 customers she was rushed off her feet took a long time for our orders to be taken but it arrived quickly and was hot. the coach party side had 2 waitresses and they were over busy as well. I think at least one more member of staff would of made things run more smoothly.
