Come here occasionally for a lunch, brunch and always enjoy it. Love the sizzling steaks, and especially steak and egg breakfast. However, just had a Christmas Party night there. How they maintained such a high standard of food and the staff not missing a beat I do not know. Must have been the best what I would call function food I have ever had.

Great little b&b on the promenade. We had room 8 at the back. Nice room with ensuite. Bed great. Breakfast great. Staff friendly
Our room was up lots of stairs. I think overall the place could do with a refresh

Jacob (the young man) who served us breakfast most mornings was much friendlier than the owner. He was chatty, very polite and more accommodating. He was excellent. The key advantage of this place is its panoramic views. It's breathtaking!
The host welcomed us rather coldly after a 6 hour drive from London to the point where I thought the colour of my skin had something to do with it!
The bar had no one in it and the place felt like it was ignored by the owners who seemed to be doing the bear minimum to keep the place going. It felt like the owners no longer had their hearts in running this business. And for these particular reasons I won't be returning.
