Too hot on top floor but that was down to exceptionally hot weather

Gentleman on arrival was very friendly and welcoming. Offered a permit for parking to avoid payment charges. Location ideal for walking into the town and exploring. Breakfast was fresh with different options to chose from.
Shower unfortunately was very weak and slow. Flooring in the bathroom had some small sharp areas that were poking and broken within the lino. Kettle had used scaly water left in around a 3rd full of the kettle

Staff friendly, location and price for that particular stay. It was clean.
Aged decour. Shower was very low on pressure. Lack of basic attention to curtain rails, shower rail. Very basic.
