    The hotel was perfect sadly I was only there for 1 night but the reception team were great and very welcoming. The room was brilliant and super clean sadly I had pre booked an early tour and missed breakfast as valued the extra sleep more 😊. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great too. Overall a great 1 night stay and would definitely stay here again

    This hotel was great for our stay in the area very close to the harbour and theatre. The carpark was a council carpark a few minutes walk away. Looks a bit suspect but the car was fine.

    Such a beautiful hotel with staff which are so welcoming. The rooms were clean and had all what you needed. Great location as just over the road from the Marina my parents loved it !

    Very disappointed in the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Also our room was overlooking a very noisy street with late night clubs open until 3am. We were moved to another room on the other side of the hotel. This was quiet but the bed was still like rock. We were told all the beds were the same. If this Hampton by Hilton wants repeat custom, rather than passing trade, it needs to completely re-invest in good beds. It's such a shame: if they got the beds right it would be a good hotel.
