The hotel is situated on Babbacombe Road and it is within walking distance of the town centre. Easy walking downhill (but uphill going back.) There is a small carpark at the back - great for a small car such as a mini. We had the superking room. The bed was very comfortable and you could see the sea from the balcony. The en suite was compact, but acceptable. There was a comfortable seating area in the room. Breakfast was good. The choice was not extensive, but certainly there was enough to eat and the full English was great. The owner Raj was very friendly and welcoming and I will certainly go back there again.
