Queen's University Belfast - Elms BT9

Convenient location to Boucher Fields for a concert. It's about a 30 minute walk. Adelaide train station does not operate during concerts but 30 minute walk is doable as it is mainly flat terrain. Would stay here again if I was visiting outside of University term. The security guard was so helpful in directing me to where I needed to check in.

This was not reception's fault but unfortunately a rather loud truck arrived early onsite for ongoing landscaping work so I was woken up earlier than I would have liked because of that. The reception was very apologetic about the disturbance.

Rooms were clean. Staff at Treehouse were exceptionally kind and efficient.Area was quiet and easy to get to

Shower was badly designed so water did get all over floor. Hence soggy towels. No problem for one night but would be for multiple. Hot water is v v hot so be careful.

No breakfast :-(

Everything was fine. Parking no problem. Location very good.

Reception staff were nice, and the room was clean.

Campus site was well kept, but it felt isolated and had poor transport links (thete were no buses at all on Sundays). Accommodation was incredibly basic, and the decor was a bit tired. I'd been allocated a room on the 2nd floor, and there was no lift, which was not great at my age (64). Housekeeping entered the room without knocking just as I'd got out of the shower on my last day! I was embarrassed and unimpressed to put it mildly.
