Other than the safe, an enjoyable stay and we would return.

Location good and good atmosphere at the piano bar.

We had a problem with the safe, I phoned reception twice and visited reception once to ask for someone to look at it, however, despite on each occasion being told someone would attend, it was not sorted, meaning we had to carry our valuables with us at all times.

Well located in City centre, good buzz in the bar etc

Shower tray was cracked in multiple places, sink wouldn’t empty and despite asking at reception twice it wasn’t sorted which was awkward even to brush your teeth and not able to use the sink.

A warm, comfortable, and character-filled stay in the heart of Belfast that we’d happily repeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Europa Hotel, which perfectly blends comfort, character, and an unbeatable central location. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at ease straight away. The hotel has a unique sense of history, yet feels modern and well cared for, with spacious, comfortable rooms that offered a great place to relax after a busy day in the city. Its location is second to none, right in the heart of Belfast and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, and key landmarks. This made exploring the city effortless and added hugely to the enjoyment of our trip. Combined with excellent service, a relaxed atmosphere, and the feeling of staying somewhere that is part of Belfast’s story, the Europa Hotel was a place we would happily return to and confidently recommend to others.

Once it started the show was superb as was everything else about our stay.

All facilities were good and we had bought tickets for the tribute show on. That’s why we stayed overnight.

The show ticket said it was from 7 to 11.30pm but the door didn’t open till 7.30 even though everyone with tickets was standing waiting. The show itself started around 9pm. A long wait . We were sorry we had dinner so early and I wish they would have given us accurate times.

A beautiful, central & historic hotel that caters for couples, families or whatever you require !

The location was perfect, so central to all aspects of Belfast city. The staff were so helpful & great with my 18 month old little girl. The room was stunning with great amenities , a marshmallow like bed & electric blinds which did an amazing job lol. Staying there at Christmas time with all of the decorations made it feel so special, we’ll definitely be back:)

When we tried to book the restaurant there was no availability so we aren’t able to comment on the food but that’s on us and bad preparation so I don’t have a bad thing to say!’

An excellent location and an enjoyable stay overall.

We booked room only for 2 nights. Location excellent for visiting Belfast. Room was spacious and staff professional and courteous especially the desk staff and the staff in the piano bar where we enjoyed a light lunch.

Would have preferred a light near the mirror for my wife when drying her hair. The light where the kettle for tea/coffee was kept could only be tuned on when bright lights above the bed were also turned on. Also no 3 pin socket or usb connections on left side of bed. Only a 3 pin socket on the right side and on the dressing table. Sockets may need an upgrade. We left our room yesterday to shop and returned at 2.30pm to find that housekeeping had not visited. Reception were contacted and rather disappointingly said that in general priority was given to cleaning vacated rooms. A housemaid was however sent up quickly although she forgot to leave face clothes and only left one English breakfast tea bag. Having said this we enjoyed our stay but some room for improvement.

A wonderful hotel that makes a stay in Belfast even more special.

Location is great, facilities in the rooms are excellent. The staff are all helpful, friendly and approachable. The food is exceptionally good, both at breakfast and dinner. The lifts are excellent, three in operation and extremely rapid. All in all, a wonderful hotel.

Midday check out (opposed to 11.00) would have been helpful.

Only a minor thing but any time I have stayed in this hotel I have noticed that the bathroom door and even the walls are glass. Not completely see through but enough to make out what the person in bathroom is doing.

Walking distance to the Belfast Grand Central Station, Opera House and City Hall. Also, like the fact, it was close to the grocery store across the street and some of the local historical pubs / restaurants.

The twin bed mattress could’ve been more comfortable. I could feel some of the springs in the mattress.

The only place to stay now for us in Belfast 🍀

Perfect location. Historical yet modern. So clean and standard was just lovely. Cleaning staff were so friendly and reception staff were Brilliant. Could not do more. Two of our group of ten-arrived the second day and they kept a room on our floor for them so they were together and could get in when they arrived at 9. Perfect when only there for 24 hours. The piano bar provided a chill out space and lovely for afternoon tea. The bar was classy and felt special.

Fantastic stay, excellent hotel very helpful staff and enjoyed every minute.

Loved accommodation, cleanliness and hotel was close to amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly- in particular Katie in the bar and Gerard the Concierge. Nothing was a problem to them. Receptionist who helped us check-in was also very helpful and invited us to sit and have a break before heading out, as we arrived early and were leaving our luggage until the room was available. We had food from the bar and in the restaurant and both were excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like, however we wanted to buy mugs as a memento of our stay but unfortunately they were unavailable.
