The room was extremely cold. They should have better heating system. We could literally hear people talking in the next room all night. Couldn't sleep at all due to the disturbance. Should have better sound proofing. The bath towels smelled really bad. Very much disappointed.

Bed was comfy, staff were friendly, 24 hour reception, the vending machine was a huge plus, excellent central location, price was perfect for what it was.

Overpriced by far

The location was central - that was a plus point, and the room was clean. I had a decent sleep once I turned the radiator down.

Looked like it's not been refurbished since the 90's, the room was overheated on arrival and depressing for the money charged. It shouldn't be more than £60, but on the weekend I stayed it was over £150. The poor value is the reason for the low rating. There is no restaurant, which is fine but then charge less! So no breakfast to rate.

Don’t stay here unless you are on a stag or hen do - very very noisy until 3am+ The rooms are dirty and things like desk/shower broken Also not actually in a brilliant location - 15 min walk to cathedral quarter

Cheap, cheerful and great location.

Great bed, bath/shower joint which is nice. Desk for chilling as well, along with a TV in the room. Location is about 7 mins from the train station and 2 min walk to city hall or any bus routes, so perfect!

The wifi definitely could've been alot better, the staff did pre warn us about it though. Something which could do better with in the future. Nothing else I didn't really like to be honest. I felt the whole process was pretty simple it was just the wifi really.

No A/C, our stay was during a heatwave (a rare occurrence in NI), we did have the use of a fan from we arrived til we left as the heat was unbearable.

Bed is clean and comfy. Towels are good and have been provided extra pillows as well.

The ceiling was not great and no side tables were provided to use table fan. No mats in toilet.Struggled to find the location, could have provided a board on main road. High price, charged me extra for early check-in. Toilet door makes squeaky sound like in horror pictures.
