Issues with housekeeping

On one occasion, housekeeping left our door ajar while we were out. When we complained, they acknowledged this but the very next day, we returned from our day out to see that housekeeping had left cleaning equipment and products left in the room.

Wonderful Experience

The room was exactly like in the pictures, everything looked new and perfectly clean. Having no windows made the room completely isolated from any street noise, and it was aired up very well with the A/C, which also managed to keep the room temperature high during a cold winter night. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of options, all were fresh and delicious.

Neighbours came back around 3am, banged their doors a few times, talked loudly in the corridor, and could be heard talking loudly inside their room. The walls only filtered out part of their noise, which made it hard to sleep as long as they kept being loud. There was no phone in the room to contact the reception. The tea and coffee in the breakfast are not included in the price. However, there are facilities for making tea for free in the room.

Loved it, looking forward to coming back

We have stayed many times in Belfast in many different hotels. This was our first time in a Room2 so we were unsure what to expect. Everything was fantastic from the first moment we arrived. The room itself was superb. We had a studio with its own kitchen and plenty of space for all our bits and pieces. We travel with our dog so we have a lot of them. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. While we didn’t eat there, the options seemed great and we intend to make use of the facility on our next stay. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, both the local staff and those from the Southampton branch who were covering on the first night so the local staff could attend their Christmas party. Great teamwork.

Some small changes would make this even better, such as hooks in the bathroom to hang a hand towel and a draining board for dishes to dry on. Very minor details overall

Great location! Comfortable hotel

Location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the live music in the bar area. The green commitment seems very real and not a gimmick!

Breakfast was only like warm, I also felt having to pay extra for a different coffee as a bit much. So I would definitely stay again but breakfast in a local cafe.

Great place to stay in Belfast

We got there early and they let us put our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned. The apartment was pretty well located and very spacious.

Great and centrally located accomodation

Excellent location within walking distance to cultural sights, shopping, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern.

It's not possible to open the window or set the room temperature. It would have been nice to control the room temperature.

Very warm welcome to this beautiful hotel. Excellent location in the centre of Belfast, easy to get to by airport bus. You can walk to all main sites from here. We loved our room, beautifully decorated with a comfy bed and great shower. Great shared spaces with comfy sofas and good bar.

Great city break stay

Location great, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room lovely and clean, everything you need on hand, well equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board and a powerful hairdryer too.

Service in Annie's was a little slow, seemed to be short on staff the day we went however despite this, food very nice and no complaints on that front.

We stayed in the large loft, absolutely beautiful room, my daughter loved the raised bed and the bits and bobs box that’s a great idea. We would have loved to stay longer !

The place so was amazing I hate to say anything negative but the menu for dinner had nothing that we liked so had to make reservations elsewhere for a good hot meal, and not overly impressed with the breakfast for the price we ate very little and again went to a local cafe. But service was great and staff were fantastic.

Beautiful rooms. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

My only complaint is that the full bed was two twins pushed together. And there was no mattress topper so if I wanted to sleep in the middle of the bed I’d feel the seam under me which was annoying. Otherwise 10/10 stay.

Luxurious budget stay

Really nice room in a great location for 1 night exploring Belfast. Felt quite luxurious for the price. Staff were great on check in giving us recommendations for the best places to go for a drink and we even got a free box of sample whiskeys from the whiskey festival! Would 100% stay again if we return.

Great vibe and location

We loved the decor in the hotel and room.

It was a hot couple of days and the room was extremely warm as the air conditioner would only go to 19 degrees. This made sleeping uncomfortable.
