The location was great, directly in the City Center
The shower wasn't really clean. Still some blondr hair left from the previous guest. And it wasn't cleaned the next day either.

Friendliness, sustainability focus, chilled vibe.
Very minor but no tea towel available in the kitchenette area of the room so was unable to dry dishes.

On one occasion, housekeeping left our door ajar while we were out. When we complained, they acknowledged this but the very next day, we returned from our day out to see that housekeeping had left cleaning equipment and products left in the room.
