Ashton at the front desk was incredibly helpful with taxis, restaurants and facilitating tours. She went above and beyond the basics. She was spectacular! We so appreciated her help for everything!

Floor 7 members area. Requested quiet room but given room overlooking building works which start 7am. Can hear vehicles outside from 7th floor, window poorly insulated. Large room with king bed, large walk in shower with waterfall head.

Should be advertised as on Sandy Row and not hope street, check the demographics before booking. Unfortunately still in the dark ages met by rude guests leaving hotel due to entering hotel with what i was wearing not suiting there bigoted needs. Place is plastered bith King William ‘Billy’ murals and orange order dinosaur relics in a modern world, avoid if you can, full of idiots pouring out hotel after a bad rangers result, again shame they cant seem to let go of a poor culture.

Hotel is right next to a deserted parking lot/garbage dump site. Our rom was not cleaned one day and when communicated to staff was not acknowledged and saying they will clean the room, departed first and then the rest.
