I stayed at the hotel recently and noticed that the soap and shampoo in my room were not replenished. I requested replacements from the reception staff, who were very kind and assured me that the housekeeping team would take care of it. However, after waiting for quite some time, I followed up but still did not receive the items promptly. An hour later, the housekeeper finally delivered the soap and shampoo, but the service was not as expected. This delay caused some inconvenience as I was in a rush to catch my flight. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to improve future guest experiences.
