Overall...a fab experience. So close to the city centre. A fridge and microwave for extra alcopops!
Fun themes and colour schemes to add to the excitement of getting away for the night. Felt like we were on holiday despite living in Belfast.
So close and yet so far!!!
I loved it all!!
Nothing.
It was warm, cosy, had great character with fun signs like 'Naughty Corner' in the bedroom.
I loved it all!

The property was nice and clean, the bathroom and decor was beautiful.
Rooms didn’t have a tv.

What a lovely space! They gifted me an upgrade and I couldn’t have been more impressed by everything. Every nook and cranny was filled with eclectic decor. Right up my alley. The shower was extra warm and was just what I needed to warm my bones to the core. The service was most excellent and beyond kind.

It was a very convenient location with a bus ride to the centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
There was no shortcoming with the property

The location is great but it is not 43, as advertised, which was confusing.
The bed sheets and towels were crisp and clean.
I suspect I got an upgrade to a bigger room but as there was little or no communication with the two ladies on reception, who really knows.
First of all the welcome, or to be more correct, the complete lack of it. One lady was on the computer when I arrived, the other just stood beside her and apart from asking me to fill in a form said absolutely nothing!! I would suggest that one of the main things Belfast has going for it is the warmth of its people. None of this was on show and as I had to wait several minutes to check in a friendly smile,or pleasant chat would have been appreciated. First impression count.
When I was shown to my room, still nothing was said,on the way. Then the girl went into the dark room without putting on the light....weird and waited in the dark for me to follow her in. The only 'conversation' she had was to show me the WiFi code, which ironically didn't work.
On return to my room that evening there was the most horrible smell, possible from the drains but who knows. This really was revolting.
The shower door was so stiff you could barely close it. On the plus side, the shower products are excellent.
Their is no full length mirror just the one small one in the bathroom.
Finally, the goodbye was as cold and unfriendly as the greeting.
I am a frequent visitor to Belfast but I sadly
won't be rebooking,or indeed recommending this hotel, to friends or colleagues .
It is quirky and in a superb location but the small things, which cost nothing, were missing.

The reception and the foyer were beautiful.
Our room was extremely small, to the point of claustrophobia setting in. The was a broken ceiling panel in the bathroom and mould on the shower tray. The room had nails and broken picture hooks on the walls and discolouration of the wallpaper where there was damp. The view was out to a severely broken and rusted fire escape and dumping ground. The door handle was nearing falling off, and the door wouldn't opening correctly due to improper fitting. These rooms were all hidden from view behind a curtain do they couldnt be seen by other guests. We left without staying. We felt totally catfished. The pictures are in 0.5 view so make the room look a bit bigger, they aren't.

Unique & quirky accommodation! Each room in the apt had a different vibe and full of imagination. Loved the bar & breakfast next morning in the hotel. Staff so helpful & friendly.

Large bed was nice and comfortable. Rain shower was great to use. Apartment had everything to meet every need and the old school features were a pleasant bonus.
Light in kitchen area turned on but didn't provide much light.

The location was perfect as we were visiting the Methodist College nearby and it was also very handy for going into the centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to help with our case, which we should have taken them up on as we were staying right at the top of the building and no lifts! Clean towels and toiletries as advertised.
No phone number to contact the hotel on booking.com. Some of the furniture in the room was a little past its best. But the beds were comfortable enough. Loose wiring in the extension lead, which made it unusable.

It’s a basic room with a squeaky cot with lots of external noise like rain, banging doors, stomping steps and on-suite only and no other amenities like kettle/teas/coffee/tv. Good for people who like themed rooms and happy to pay a fortune.

The owner was so friendly and nothing was a bother to her ,we would love to stay there again sometime in the future.

Amazing location right next to Botanical Gardens, Outside in front the hotel very cool design, the whole design vintage concept is interesting. Pianos are good addition. Reception girls were sweet. Reception area is beautiful. Added some pics.
Room was not nice at all. Way smaller&outdated than on pictures. Stains&dirt on furniture, walls painted so so badly, paint peeling off with nails sticking out, door knobs falling off. Bathroom finishings poor, inconveniently weird low tab, shower door movement gets stuck, mold, rust...I mean, common. 100+pounds/night? Overall dissapointed. Hate to feel space is not clean and badly maintained. Even though linen/towels was clean, but thats it. And really bad nonexistent soundproof. Overall premises feel like old, dark rundown narrow labirinth of rooms with lack of freshness to my taste. And crowded with items&fur coats didnt help (though as design idea quite subjective). Id say it wld be perfect for some ex red light district old premises. Paintings with naked ladies wld fit. Screens&photos added.

We really liked the exterior and interior decor and quirky style. The staff were really helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast but saw the room in the morning as we left and it looked good.
The free parking was an unexpected bonus and it was easy to get a bus or walk to town.
There’s a coffee shop next door and two pubs less than 100m away.
The room was a bit small for two, but manageable for 1-2 nights.

Very cool and quirky vibe ,lovely staff
The only thing I can say is internet access wasn’t great in our room but we were later arriving so went out and didn’t read the booklet in room with internet access code so didn’t realise until the next morning !

The area was fantastic and the road is a straight route in to the centre, about 40 minute walk. There’s bars, eateries and a Tesco all in walking distance.
The hotel itself was impeccable. Beautiful, quirky decor in a very original style, and all areas were clean and well maintained. The staff and the owner were lovely, and told me about the naming conventions for the rooms, as well as providing guide books for things to do.
There was complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and water, and the room was tidy, funky, vibrant and cosy. The bed was the comfiest one I’ve ever slept in!

The staff were kind and willing to change our room because it did not match the one we had booked.
The building is almost completely run down. The new room we were given was unbalanced and the windows were draughty (you don't notice it straight away, but during the night you feel the bitter cold).
The fact that the reception asked us for our card at check-in (even though we had already paid for the booking on Friday) made us realise that people who stay here often break things, so the staff are a bit wary.
