It is good for a short stay. Close to bus line to get into town centre. Parking on street.

On the street so rather noisy, but just take ear plugs. Cities are always noisy!

Really pleasant experience

Handy to the train station, very clean and a nice comfortable bed. More than enough correspondence with owner with instructions that satisfied every concern we could have. Will defs be back when we are in Belfast again.

Really minor issue but my girlfriend didn’t like the body wash in the shower. Nothing I’d be too concerned with.

Clean, tidy, friendly host, reasonably priced and easily accessible from the city centre with the G1 bus that comes regularly.

Comfortable, reasonable and cosy.

The location was in some politically charged areas so I was nervous walking around sometimes. The door code made us feel safer instead of a key. The room had enough space with a comfortable bed and a lovely shower.

We enjoyed the guest house very much. I was nervous when walking around the area as it was close to some of the unsafe parts of the city. Other than that, there was nothing else we did not enkoy during our stay.

The location is fine, quiet, a little far from the city center. Street parking is free. The room is large and comfortable, with a table where you can sit and have breakfast. Coffee, tea and milk are available in the room. The apartment does not have an elevator. Check-in and check-out are really easy. You get codes to enter the building and your room.

Location is great - near Titanic museum and docks, free off-street parking is a great bonus! Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Shared living room/kitchen was also very useful .

Jordana’s breakfast was great, can recommend! She was also so helpful in explaining public transport options, around the corner you can hop on the glider (G1) for a direct trip into town. Catch the G2 to the Titanic Belfast from city centre, transport so convenient.

The space was relaxing, the bed was comfortable, the host was warm and hospitable and the breakfast was delicious

The bed was so comfortable! Getting into the building and room were very easy. The breakfast was phenomenal! I recommend Gabriele’s Signature with fluffy eggs!

The parking was a little frustrating, but that wasn’t the properties fault! Once traffic cleared, I was able to move closer and that was great.

Great stay in Belfast

Bed was comfy. Lots of plug sockets. Netflix. A chair to sit in. A fan. Lovely bathroom. A fridge. Full length mirror. Coffee & Tea. Door entry codes so we didn’t have to worry about keys. Close to Lanyon train station.

Bit of a walk from city centre - bear this in mind if you’re carrying heavy bags. It was overpriced but it was the weekend of the 153rd Open so have to take this into account.

Cute but uncomfortable.

Friendly host and quaint b and b.

This is a quaint B&B however the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. It was really hot and no opportunity (fan or air-conditioner) to cool down had the window open but there were trucks up and down the road all night and we were in a flight path. Uncomfortable night in general.

Great stay!

The accommodation is close to the belfast embassy. It was a 10-15 minutes taxi ride. The bedroom on the ground floor was a lovely and clean small room. There is limited lighting due to the small window on the side, but it wasn't an issue for me. There are some storage and charging ports. The smart TV allows you to connect your youtube account, which was great. The heating did not come on, however the portable radiator worked and heated the room up very quickly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was a wet room and accessible. Lots of towels were provided. I had a really comfortable short stay. The staff were present during the day and were there to help with any problems. Breakfast is available. They also have useful information, including taxis numbers in the bedroom.

As there is a communal living room, there is the chance that other residents could use this, and you would be able to hear them if they are staying on the ground floor. Guests are told not to use this room in the evening to avoid this.
