Clean, tidy, friendly host, reasonably priced and easily accessible from the city centre with the G1 bus that comes regularly.

Comfortable, reasonable and cosy.

The location was in some politically charged areas so I was nervous walking around sometimes. The door code made us feel safer instead of a key. The room had enough space with a comfortable bed and a lovely shower.

We enjoyed the guest house very much. I was nervous when walking around the area as it was close to some of the unsafe parts of the city. Other than that, there was nothing else we did not enkoy during our stay.

The location is fine, quiet, a little far from the city center. Street parking is free. The room is large and comfortable, with a table where you can sit and have breakfast. Coffee, tea and milk are available in the room. The apartment does not have an elevator. Check-in and check-out are really easy. You get codes to enter the building and your room.

Location is great - near Titanic museum and docks, free off-street parking is a great bonus! Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Shared living room/kitchen was also very useful .

Jordana’s breakfast was great, can recommend! She was also so helpful in explaining public transport options, around the corner you can hop on the glider (G1) for a direct trip into town. Catch the G2 to the Titanic Belfast from city centre, transport so convenient.

The space was relaxing, the bed was comfortable, the host was warm and hospitable and the breakfast was delicious

The bed was so comfortable! Getting into the building and room were very easy. The breakfast was phenomenal! I recommend Gabriele’s Signature with fluffy eggs!

The parking was a little frustrating, but that wasn’t the properties fault! Once traffic cleared, I was able to move closer and that was great.

Great stay in Belfast

Bed was comfy. Lots of plug sockets. Netflix. A chair to sit in. A fan. Lovely bathroom. A fridge. Full length mirror. Coffee & Tea. Door entry codes so we didn’t have to worry about keys. Close to Lanyon train station.

Bit of a walk from city centre - bear this in mind if you’re carrying heavy bags. It was overpriced but it was the weekend of the 153rd Open so have to take this into account.

Cute but uncomfortable.

Friendly host and quaint b and b.

This is a quaint B&B however the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. It was really hot and no opportunity (fan or air-conditioner) to cool down had the window open but there were trucks up and down the road all night and we were in a flight path. Uncomfortable night in general.

Great stay!

The accommodation is close to the belfast embassy. It was a 10-15 minutes taxi ride. The bedroom on the ground floor was a lovely and clean small room. There is limited lighting due to the small window on the side, but it wasn't an issue for me. There are some storage and charging ports. The smart TV allows you to connect your youtube account, which was great. The heating did not come on, however the portable radiator worked and heated the room up very quickly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was a wet room and accessible. Lots of towels were provided. I had a really comfortable short stay. The staff were present during the day and were there to help with any problems. Breakfast is available. They also have useful information, including taxis numbers in the bedroom.

As there is a communal living room, there is the chance that other residents could use this, and you would be able to hear them if they are staying on the ground floor. Guests are told not to use this room in the evening to avoid this.

Nice room, comfortable bed and very clean. Room was compact but ideal for our stop over. Short drive to the ferry. Plenty of on street parking.

Feel like we had a disappointing room, and wouldn't want to stay there again

The communal rooms consist of a lounge area, kitchen, and a patio which are good. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Our room had a mini fridge, and tea/coffee-making equipment. The shower has a pleasant flow, and two types of shower heads.

We were disappointed with the room we were allocated. The room had only one narrow window and was therefore dark. Being on the ground floor against the staircase, which had a cupboard underneath. My husband thought to himself that we were almost like Harry Potter in his "bedroom" under the stairs... And the TV couldn't stay horizontal. And above all, the bathroom has serious problems with moisture management and mould, even though it has a CMV and we've left the bathroom window open. Many of the joints between the tiles are mouldy, and the mould is gradually spreading to the walls. As the bathroom is disabled accessible, it's a walk-in shower with a (clean) curtain. I know mold is a pain, but as you are an establishment that receives paying customers, you have a standing to maintain, and this is not pleasant. This is a problem you need to address, you should clean and manage it more thoroughly. Some of the paint on the walls in both rooms left something to be desired, due to a sloppy paint job. The wooden bedside tables could do with a refresh. It's a pity. The day before we were due to leave we had a chat with some new guests, who, knowing that we were leaving, wondered if they could have our room, as theirs was also on the ground floor, but on the street side, so it was noisy. I advised them against our room, and when they saw it they agreed. I was also able to compare it with theirs, which was indeed noisy because of the traffic, but bright (but I didn't get to see their bathroom). The door leaves a gap, and so is not very well soundproofed, although it is next to the stairs...

It was a clean comfortable stay with everything you need, helpful and very responsive staff. V good, it was a mile fro City centre which was fine for us as we like to walk, if you need to get taxi they are reasonable.

Very fantastic

The room was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean, with well-equipped facilities that made the stay even more comfortable. The internet connection was excellent—I never experienced any lag or connectivity issues while playing War Thunder. The bed was also very comfortable. All in all, this is a truly wonderful place to stay.

It would have been even better if there was an electric water heater.
