Lovely property with really lovely staff and convenient parking, I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place, lovely people

Very nice room, was facilitated with any questions and wishes I had. The dining room was well stocked for breakfast and it was easy to find. There is a bus stop in front of the bead and breakfast and the train station is about a 10 minute walk. I'd love to see what the place looks like in the summer time.

The accommodation was easy to get to once I alighted the ferry and got a taxi. The hosts gave really clear and easy to follow instructions for my late evening self check in. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe in Ashfield bed and breakfast, it was well lit and I found my room easily. When I got into my room it was lovely and warm. The bathroom is enormous and the room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable too!

The only downside is that there's no socket near the mirror and that would have been handy for doing my hair and makeup

Great location. Right in front of bus stops (or 10min Uber to city centre) Very spacious room. And very clean Staff went above and beyond to get the breakfast (though it was simple breakfast) earlier than the usual time as I had to be at a conference Breakfast included - slice of cheese, white and brown bread, mixture of cereals/cornflakes, boiled eggs and some fruits, and croissant and tea and coffee. Also ran out of shower gel - thankfully they got me that too.

Great spot

The b&b is in a great location, there is plenty of parking, easy to access the room key, good directions for same. The room was lovely, very comfortable, gorgeous bathroom with a bath and waterfall shower.

The only one thing was it was a bit noisy at times, you could hear quite clearly the people in the next room and some over head banging of some type, maybe someone upstairs, this however wouldn't put me off staying again.

For a stay in Belfast this is nice location. The room was clean and quite big.

The breakfast was disappointing. We had to share one buttercup, jam jar and some other stuff with all the other quests what is good for waste management but felt not hygienic. The are better ways to organize this in a efficient way.

Location on a very busy road. Breakfast was just. Found a empty beer carton and can of beer in the wardrobe and room smelt like someone had been smoking.

Very disappointed compared to other similar establishments of a comparable price.

The bathroom was certainly a bonus, very spacious with very good facilities. A stand alone bath, a wet room type shower , a large basin / vanity unit and toilet. The continental breakfast was good. The location was ideal for public transport into Belfast City. Certainly worth using rather than trying to find a car park.

When booking the room it was described as a deluxe double room with a bath, I was certainly looked forward to a welcoming room after a long day sighting seeing. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I was shown up to room 7 the deluxe double room. It was spacious with the double bed sideways on next to the back wall of the room ( look at the photo) there are 2 bedside tables either side. At the end of the bed in an alcove stands a square table on which the tea/ coffee etc and kettle stand. A chair is by the window, apart from that there is no other furniture or storage to put your clothes. Bizarrely, the small wardrobe/ cupboard is in the bathroom. It was rather chilly, there was a small blow heater provided but this didn’t work. This brings me to the electrics in the room. The kettle’s lead dropped down behind the table. In order to find where to plug it in I had to get on my hands and knees, go under the table to attach it to the small extension lead. I decided to put the small extension lead on the floor between the table and the back wall. The kettle boiled but didn’t have an automatic switch off. Luckily I was there to switch it off otherwise the room would have been filled with steam. For travellers who need to charge iPads etc you could use this extension or the plug by the bed which was also quite difficult to access.

Location near the airport due to an early flight and rental car return was the reason for booking this location.

Just not a 5 star place but for the purpose booked it was adequate. Many items such as the shower arrangement not commercial standard. We were not able to have the advertised breakfast due to our early departure.

Good for one night

Room is very nice and clean. Breakfast very complete and fresh. Our check in was very late but the staff was really nice to help us and get to the room.

The heat in the room was not working, so it was a little cold. The walls are very thin so u could hear almost everything in the next room, even people snoring. Location is a bit far from the city center, and the bus outside gets each 1 hour. Besides all that, it is a good place for one night.
