The room was a nice size and clean although very basic
Given the extreme heat, it would have been appreciated if there had been access to a fridge or chilled drinking water. Having a cold drink available would have made a significant difference to my comfort. I was also disappointed with the breakfast provided. The quality was poor, with very limited options, and only margarine rather than butter was available for the toast. Overall, it felt cheap and did not meet a reasonable standard.

Breakfast great, problem with hot water was fixed as soon as reported. Staff great and checked to make suer problem was fixed.

the room was clean but dated, Bathroom was of a good standard , however the towels were lacking in quality. it was extremely disappointing to find that there was no cooked breakfast nor was there anyone in attendance to ensure we were catered for. (Although in fairness, a young gentleman received us on arrival despite the notice that access would be by way of a key in lock box).
Bathroom was clearly recently updated and welcomed.
