The property was amazing, we had Philip who worked behind reception and he is what makes us coming back to the hotel, his hospitality is next to none and he is a credit to the hotel

Nowhere quiet of an evening to sit and enjoy a drink due to Saturday night ‘entertainment’ both in the main bar area and the conference room. When one finished the other started

Just what we needed!

We were upgraded to an exec room which was lovely. The hotel is pretty quiet early January but the staff looked after us so well. Special mention to Michael and Freddie.

Will stay here again - a good location, comfortable and good breakast. Will eat dinner elsewhere!

A good location, particularly if you need to be close to the city airport or Titanic Quarter. Plenty of free on-site parking. The staff are very friendly. Rooms were quiet, large and comfortable, with good quality bedding, towels and linens. There's a large TV in the room. The buffet breakfast was good value, particularly if you pay in advance on arrival the previous evening. About 6 EV Charging points are available - 2 are 11kW, the others are 7kW.

I thought the food expensive for what I got, but of good quality. The fish + chips was nice but I was disappointed to pay £3 for a single slice of cheese to be added to a burger and another £3 for two onion rings!

We stayed over Christmas and we had an amazing time staff could not do enough for ous food was lovely and the effort the staff went too was beyond all expectations The Manager came and chatted and make ous feel so welcome lovely little treats in are room Christmas card, tray of buns in are room We will definitely be back

Really disappointed this time as our room where located was really really nosy from early morning (with transportation of items, receptionist did advise what it was though I can’t remember exactly but she wasn’t too concerned) which isn’t ideal when hoping for a break! Normally really happy with hotel hence why we always return but not so much this time!

Good but could be better.

Location. Most staff are very good. Room clean and spacious.

Radiator made noises over night woke me up twice. Meant having to switch it off. As in Exec room expected more. Coffee machine. Not enough staff at breakfast- only two. Breakfast was only OK. Breadth or offer and quality has deteriorated over the years. Not enough staff on when there was a christmas party on. This meant we hotel guests had to compete with party guests for attention of staff. They were drunk and noisey. It’s just not good enough. Pay for more staff so we don’t have to wait for ages.

Lovely, but could have been better if I hadn't been so disturbed during the night.

I had a complimentary breakfast. It was very good, lots to choose from. The hot breakfast items were very nice, however, they were not hot, only warm.

Something above my room was creaking through the night. In the morning, i asked the reception staff who or what was above me. Was it a function room perhaps? Were the he staff moving things across the floor? Because the noise was relentless and I was tired beyond words as my sleep was broken so many times through the night. Staff informed me that there was nothing above my room and that there were no workmen working at the weekend, which led me to think that they'd been there during the week and had perhaps left some materials or the like, loose. And it was very windy that night. And that was perhaps what was creaking and banging above me through the night. Something was, and i got zero sleep. The reception staff apologized and offered me a complimentary breakfast.

Very Pleasing Stay

Another excellent overnight stay at this hotel. A warm welcome from Philip upon checking in. Our comfortable room suited our needs perfectly for the short stay. We were leaving early in the morning and didn't have breakfast on this occasion. Without a doubt, we will return to The Stormont.

Has been better on previous stays

Pleasant hotel - probably not as good as previous stays. Food was pretty good and tasty.

I found the hotel was cold. The breakfast service was less than expected. Lots of items not refreshed quickly when they were running low. Spent 10 minutes waiting on the coffee machine to be refreshed despite telling a staff member that it had run out of milk. Hot water also ran out a number of times so this was also disappointing. Menu for lite bites in the bar area could have more choice.

We have stayed at the Stormont several times now. We like it,very convenient with the bus service to city centre just outside on the . Staff very friendly especially Rubin in the reception area bar.

Only negative comment I’d make is that it is getting a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. However we will definitely stay again

Absolutely fine for what we needed after a long ride through the middle of Ireland!

Stayed last year on our motorbike trip and enjoyed the stay then, good to see it was still reasonably priced.

Very short staffed. 4 pints seemed to take 15+minutes to arrive. Kitchen also seemed quite slow, but food was good when it arrived.
