Lovely stay.

Property was clearly very well looked after and attended to, very clean and cosy, not a far walk from centre about 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in taxi. Staff were a message away if needed anything and very helpful and friendly!

Great little apartment

Clean and crisp. Great location to East Belfast activities. Great Thai restaurant across the road. Self check-in was personalised and efficient. Even though we were on the second floor, it was OK getting our bags upstairs. And even though we had a road frontage, my Garmin sleep score was 82%.

The bed was comfortable & the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately parts of the room weren’t clean - I dropped something under the (high) bed and as I went to pick it up there was rubbish underneath it and it was extremely dusty. I also lifted up the rug on the floor and it too hadn’t been cleaned underneath. The room was also really hot - we couldn’t open the windows if we wanted the blinds to be down, so the airflow was limited. A standing fan would probably help with this. The location was also extremely far out of the city & due to the parade being on none of the usual buses or taxis could get to the house, a heads up from the staff would have been appreciated.

All-in-all, not was expected sadly.

Sadly, the accommodation was disappointing.

Room presentation poor. Unironed bed linen, duvet cover not fastened on duvet, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, mould in bathroom. Location not central - about 35 minute walk. Messaged staff member for local taxi number, however, failed to respond.

Lovely stay in Belfast

The apartments are outside the city centre so it's a quiet, calm area. It's only about 30 minutes walking into the heart of Belfast, and only about 5 minutes by car so you get the quiet but without being too far from the fun. Our room had all the basics, was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient.

Easy instructions to check in. Didn't see any staff but they did contact me everyday to see if we needed anything. Ear plugs provided as it is on a main rd but we didn't use them as it was fine - we live on a main Rd plus our room was at the back of the property. Good facilities in room Inc small fridge, plenty of towels. Room was bright & felt surprisingly spacious, clean.

It is a good 25/30 min walk into Belfast centre but easy & safe route. Some local info would have been useful - nearest supermarket, bus into town etc. But I guess most people have access to Google these days. Details of where to take recycling might have been useful. We had quite a few plastic bottles building up.

Such a cozy and inviting place to stay. Felt right at home. Easy access to find. Abit noisy location so ear plugs were welcome. Beds were comfy even the cot.

Self contained flatlet. Confortable and useful overnight stay before catching the ferry. Everything you need. Clean, bright and pleasant.

I found the overlong curtains to be a trip hazard - blinds would be preferable.

Very dirty bathroom

Reasonable price. Decent Location

Second stay at this property and things have gone down hill. I had to contact the property before arriving for the door code as one wasn’t given to us in the pre arrival email. There was little evidence of any cleaning having been done bar clean sheets on the bed. The bathroom was gruesome (see pictures) and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. To top it all off, check out is 11:30 … and at 11:20 we got a knock at the door to tell us it was time to go!

An amazing place for an amazing price

Loved the layout of the room and the cozy vibe to the place, reminded us of our time living in Belfast which was so nice. Also the secure door lock systems on each bedroom and front and back door was a fantastic idea; felt like a mini hotel but for a quarter of the price!

Our stay was perfect!

Everything was exceptionally clean with everything we needed. The location was great and we loved that there were keypads instead of a key. We couldn’t have asked for better

The worst lodging experience I've ever had. What a rip-off!

There is no onsite staff and the key pad on my room door did not work. I had to take a room elsewhere the first night. When I returned the next day, there was a housekeeper present who opened the door for me. It was tricky. In fact, after a long walk the day after, I was also unable to open the door, because if you make a mistake, it locks for a long period of time. On top of that, my room was up 2 flights of narrow stairs and getting luggage up aggravated a back problem. This place is not suitable for an older person. I plan to request an adjustment to my bill.

Places like this should not exist. It's not a real hotel.

Location was cute, close enough to walk to downtown. Communication for entering and parking was clear.

Some of the streets nearby were not very clean, but that’s not their fault. There were blankets but no sheets available for the cot.

Don’t bother.

It was cheap.

The instructions were vague for entering and the key code lock timed out and wouldn’t let me enter. When I contacted the support - the guy messaging on WhatsApp was very rude and accused me of lying about entering the property. Very strange customer service. When I got inside, I found black mould on the walls, windows and in the shower. Bed was uncomfortable and the place was very tired looking. Flickering lightbulbs really topped it all off. Incredibly thin walls - could hear everything next room was saying.

Cozy stay close to Belfast city

Bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of parking outside. Easy access via car to the city centre and plenty of restaurants around. Property was a great value for money based on space and location. Addition of the fridge in the room was a nice touch

Property could have used additional cleaning. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom on arrival and the lamp shade in the bedroom was covered In a thick layer of dust. There was also some mould above the window. Additionally the light and outlet to the right of the bed did not work

I loved the room and the attention to detail. Nice place if you're not fussy and want somewhere as a quick stopover.

It's near a main road and the aeroplane noise could disturb some people but I slept soundly.

Great value for money close to centre and very clean.

Very easy check-in with a code to come and go as you please. Clean room with towels and tea/coffee. Good shower. Fridge also available. 7 minute drive into the centre. Shan was lovely and ensured we had all the information we needed.
