Very comfortable accomodation, SSE arena and Belfast city centre easily accessable by bus
Very comfortable guest house, well furnished, there was a fridge in our room. Very easily accessible from Belfast city centre on the bus which literally goes right outside the door. Me and my friend stayed for a night when going to a concert in the SSE arena. The bus takes you very close to the arena so great location if you are staying for a concert. Multiple shops very close to the guesthouse which were very convenient. Small kitchenette downstairs with sink and microwave. Check in instructions and communication with guest house was super clear, very responsive hosts. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.
The only thing we would mention is that a wastepaper basket in the bedroom would have been useful. There was one in the bathroom but another in the bedroom would have been helpful. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever!

Lovely little city break in Belfast
The room was a nice size, whilst the bed was very comfortable. Having a small fridge was a bonus, whilst the curtains kept out most light. The shower was also very nice. Whilst the staff/owners were also very helpful.
    Nothing.

Will be staying here again, next time!
An excellent place to stay. The space was clean and really thoughtfully equipped; the layout was considered and it had all necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable, space was quiet, and everything ran/operated well.

Comfy, budget stay - we will see you next year!
The host/ cleaner was very friendly, room was big considering the size of the property. Very comfy bed, good bathroom and water pressure. Easy access with a code to the building, and easy to get to on the bus from the city centre - we will stay here again
Bigger towels please! They were clean, just too small Check in times- we arrived at 2:25 for a 2:30 check in, but room was not available until 3:15pm. Not a complaint as such, looks to have been communication error between owner and cleaner, but for other travellers who have a tight schedule this will be a huge problem

    Good location
Location, cleanliness, warmth, comfort, ability to park car at accommodation, value for money.
    Lumpy pillows, noisy residents above.

    Perfect budget friendly location
Overall the property is in a good location within the city. Easy to move around whether that is through taxi or by bus. In addition there’s a little shop across the road from the property, handy for any small bits and pieces. The property itself was very cozy, we had the full studio portion on the second floor with all the amenities we needed. (Though there is options for the other rooms which were smaller but were priced lower as an option). We have seen a lot of reviews regarding the noise, which we didn’t find to be a problem (could be that we’re used to the city).

    A wonderful stay
I liked the location, the owners was really attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, the room was nice and cosy. We had issues with our heating but we contacted the owner and he came and sorted the problem within a couple of hours, we also had contact from them the following day asking if we needed anything (fresh towels etc). We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend
There was nothing that we didn’t like
