The room and location were great! Helpful staff with recommendations and great room service. Our only issue was not having a fan in the bathroom. It got pretty steamy from the shower and water dripped from the walls and ceiling. Bottom of the bathroom door was dirty, which we only noticed because it got on the floor mat. Nice hotel, but can't really take a hot shower there.

This hotel was lovely. Room was spacious and it had a pot to boil water and coffee and tea bags. It’s within a reasonable walk to the Belfast central terminal for a bus/train. I had a suitcase so the staff called me a taxi.

The Clayton Hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with and were very pleasant despite being busy. In spite of how busy they were with the Fleadh, they still made sure guests were taken care of. The breakfast items were replenished when the trays went low, warm plates available, tables cleared immediately so there was very little waiting time between covers. The hotel is in an ideal location with just a short walk to the city centre. Parking was just around the corner. Nice choice of mains for dinner and again prompt and friendly service. We will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it.
