Great location, not far from transport links in the centre. Hotel had everything you needed. Great addition was the pool table in communal area keeping the kids entertained.

Location was good and price was good, rooms were basic but had everything you need can’t complain

The hallways smelt bad and the lift give you 0.2 seconds to get in it (I found out the hard way and got trapped and squished when the doors shut on me), they also made me pay £2 to hold my case after check out time

I liked everything. The staff were amazing. I stay here every time I visit. Which is about four times a year. The room was warm clean and bed comfy. And the position of hotel is five minutes from city centre,and bars restaurants near by. Highly recommend.

Very very disappointing. Do not bother.

Only two redeeming features: 1. Reception staff very friendly. However, they were clearly overworked and it took a while to get their attention. Once you had them, they were really nice. 2. Close to a gig I was seeing (at The Limelight). However, the surroundings were dim and did not feel too safe. Would not recommend for lone women.

The hotel is really drab. The entrance area is not the cleanest. When I arrived back late in the evening, there seemed to be a lot of people just milling around who did not appear to be staying there. Breakfast was poor. I didn't expect anything fancy from a budget continental breakfast but everything seemed poor quality and the coffee machines kept breaking. Fruit was horrible and clearly past its best. Facilities really poor. Soap dispensers not filled. Room tired - needs a fresh coat of paint at minimum. The bed is the most uncomfortable I've slept on in years. 'Budget' is in the name but this hotel really takes it to the extreme. Not worth the money. You can find much better in Belfast within the same price range, as I discovered the following night when my flight got cancelled and I had to book into another place at short notice (Warren - Quarter - lovely place).

Didn’t realise I had booked to stay in a hostel, room was clean hallway wasn’t. Staff was lovely, was looking for a cheap night as was attending a concert. I would call this a hostel not a hotel

A good budget option in an excellent location.

The location was excellent, very central with plenty of good bars nearby and a short walk to Grand Central Station or the city centre. For a budget hotel, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Decor is a little tired and bathroom facilities a little cramped, but everything was clean and perfectly usable.
