Central stay with great breakfast and staff

Staff allowed early check in free of charge. The room was well maintained, with towels changed everyday and other supplies stocked. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. Amazing location!

Belfast was enjoyable but for me the hotel didn’t match my expectations

Very clean & good location making journey to/from George Best Airport comfortable.

Personally I found the bed uncomfortable & also on the Saturday was disappointing to go down to breakfast 1 hr before 11 & find very few items left.

Perfect.

Breakfast - amazing, so much choice and a good atmosphere Room - stunning, huge and very clean Location - 5 minute walk into the main town Lobby - a lovely place to go for a drink or food in the evening Staff - SO kind and friendly. Really easy to approach and extremely helpful

Lovely stay

The staff were so helpful and courteous and a special shout for Stephen. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from. Location was very good . The rooms were nice and cosy. Defo would stay here again and would definitely recommend staying here.

Only downside was there was no mini fridge but only a minor thing.

Raspberry fizz cocktail was flat with no decoration or garnish and way over priced at 12pounds for a small glass. Partner said Guiness was terrible too Ordered 2pizzas that evening to bring up to room and after half an hour I had to ask were they ready? Reception kindly went to check and said they had just come out of the oven which was untrue as they were Luke warm Beds were really uncomfortable especially the sofa bed

It advertises parking but it’s not actually in the hotel, it’s the car park next door. Still a good rate at £14 a night but we thought we were booking a hotel with its own car park

All the staff were friendly, Cian was professional and attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of choice and the orange juice was fresh. The room was large and the bathroom was relatively modern. The bed was extra large and had a desk and sofa bed.

The room could do with having a hairdryer. The remote for the TV was filthy, the bottom of the shower could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the doors to the room had to be pushed or pulled hard to get the doors to close meaning it made quite a noise which is not ideal for other guests.

Great performance to price ratio and location

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient for our plans, 10 min walk away from the bus/train stations. The room and the building were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The facilities were great. Breakfast was good enough for us. We were on the 7th floor but had no issue with the water pressure, unlike other comments.

The water tap in the bathroom sink was so short that you can't wash your hands without touching the sink or spilling half of the water out of the sink. While my wife finding the bed and pillows very comfortable, the pillows somehow couldn't support my head and neck, too soft and slipping away.

The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was clean room was lovely tv was big not just a tiny thing on the wall. It had a load of channels. Shower was huge but the pressure wasnt great. It could have had to do with us being on the sixth floor. But would highly recommend!!

Lovely hotel - 2nd time staying!

Smooth and efficient check-in process. Enjoyed our view from our bedroom window on the 8th floor. Lovely, comfortable and spacious shower in our room. Cosy area/lovely atmosphere in downstairs lobby to chill out and have drinks in the evening/nice cocktails too. . Plenty of choice at breakfast too with nice coffee.

The duvet was a little too light for this time of the year, I found it cold at night whilst trying to sleep.

Victoria Murray is EXCELLENT!! You should promote her! I had extraneous credit card issues and she worked with me 1-on 1 all weekend. She IS the reason this establishement is getting athe rating I'm giving.

Very enjoyable experience

Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Twin beds were over size and very comfortable. All public areas and rooms was very clean. Staff were very polite.

Only the minimum of teabags and sugar in room and no biscuits. Also no shower caps.
