They were able to let me check in an hour early to drop my bags off and everything which was amazing, super accommodating. Bed and room very comfy. Stayed here on a Thursday night and it got quiet around 12 so the noise didn’t affect my sleep at all. Can tell they’ve done their best to limit noise from below like heavy doors and curtains - some ear plugs would be a good touch. Complimentary beer on check in was nice too, but I didn’t have anything to open the beer with which was unfortunate. Really loved the room I felt it was a good size and the facilities were lovely with plenty of soft lighting which I like. I’m a warm sleeper so the fan was much appreciated too.
Not much to complain about considering I booked a room I knew would be noisy for a while.

The room itself was clean, the shower had good strength and plenty of toiletries were provided. The mattress was fairly comfortable, a little hard for my personal preference but fine to sleep on. We were on the top floor so there was enough space from the bar below for no sound issues. They accommodated a late check out without any issues when requested. The self check in and out worked really well. The location was amongst some really great food spots! The food quarter of Belfast for sure! Public transport easy to find from the hotel.
Alot of steps up to the room - no accessible option. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The bedding had a couple of dirty marks on them which wasn't great. There was no fridge or even mini fridge in the room which wasn't great for a multiple day stay. Alot of light came in under the door at night but we put a coat down to rectify this.
