Room was comfortable, clean and warm

Booking in was a bit fiddly, and I had to wait a bit (arrived at 2.50pm check in 3 pm! But was fine in the end as I sat in bar and had a drink.

Lovely hotel stay near queens and lyric theatre

A first self service check in easy to follow. A welcome beer available once you get in. Rooms were soacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Impressive

Absolutely loved staying here, would recommend to anyone coming to Belfast.

I loved the self check in and free beer on arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the little reading nook at the window. The bar downstairs was nice and vibey.

It was a bit of a walk from the city centre but I didn’t mind as there was still loads of things very close.

We were in a 3rd floor walk up with narrow stairways and two tight doors. The room was very noisy due to other guests making a racket at 2:30. This is not management’s fault, but indicates the atmosphere. Not a great experience.

A great Gem at Belfast

I love the location of the place its very accessible with the bus and the train. Its also connected to a nice bar which is very convenient and good restaurant. The self check in was very easy, and give a free beer on check in! Also the everyday cleaning is an added value!

The room was really spacious, lovely big bed. The bathroom was lovely. The bar on the ground floor was really nice and a good place for lunch or to start your night out (but not noisy). Location great and really close to train station.

It's was very central and a great comfortable room and great size

The main light in the bedroom did not work! The bedside lamps only work when the leads were positioned a certain way and they were covered in dust!! I could hear the full conversation of those staying in the room next to me as the walls were extremely thin and when people were walking above us or beside us we could feel the actual floor vibrations just the the floors and walls are extremely thin !!

Good location for central Belfast, very good bar attached to the venue. Very clean and tidy rooms.

Great location and large room - but only stay if you don’t mind noise

The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was nice and very clean. We loved the location - loads of local spots to see, eat and drink.

Check in was really, really difficult. One touch screen wasn’t working and the other wouldn’t allow us to create a key card for our door. We had to ask for help twice. The room was noisy until late into the night. The room had very little furniture in it. The shower water was extremely hot at all times.

Great stay!

Self check in was very easy. The free beer on offer was a lovely touch. Room was modern, if a bit basic, but had all we needed. Good size. Great location - just across the road from train station. Received a phone call within an hour of checking in to check that all was okay, and to ask if we needed anything, Quirky little place. Enjoyed the Belfast slang chart in the room.

Good area close to QUB. But the window wouldn’t close so very noisy. Clean room.

If you want to do the whole ‘self-checkin’ then it needs to actually work. No signs with info on checkin time. No option for early checkin under any circumstances. Checkin process didn’t work. No info on my room number. No staff on site (even tho they say there is). Window in room wouldn’t close - no one to ask for help. WiFi wouldn’t work - no one to ask for help. Won’t be returning.

Reasonably priced and good value for the under 40 group but not 55+

Bed was very comfortable. Room at the top was nice and reasonably quiet considering it was Saturday night. Bathroom was huge with very hot water. Central location to many shops.

1. No lift! A 71 year old carrying a fully loaded large suitcase up 58 stairs was certainly a challenge. The carpet throughout the entry and steps is in terrible shape and needs to be replaced.

Would stay again!

Location was great! Was able to walk to a lot of the city and there was nearby parking lot that was convenient to park overnight. The room was spacious. No substantial noise issues at night. We had an encounter at initial check in with an employee and she was helpful!

Only issue it was very hot and the fan they provided did OK at helping. The self check in only went as smooth as it did because I happened to be checking in at a time an employee was there, but I think if she was not there then it would have been a pain given one of the kiosks was down and the other was not allowing keys to be made.
