Great feel to the hotel, welcoming and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
Took us a while to work out the air con and heating but once that was sorted all was good

Spacious room with great amenities. The staff was helpful and always quick to respond. It was well worth the price. We especially appreciated the 11 AM check-out time, which gave us plenty of time to wake up and pack without feeling rushed.
Some issues with heating and hot water. Then the staff changed the room, but the other room didn't have a Jacuzzi, which we wanted to relax in after a long, tiring, and exhausting day.

Location was great. Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and bright, bed was very comfortable and the shower was terrific.
There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, like a sewage smell from the pipes. The windows do not open, and the aircon was not very effective, so the room was a bit stuffy. Bar staff were unfriendly.

Lovely staff, great location, spacious bedroom with comfy beds, modern clean bathroom
Windows didn’t open. AC didn’t work. Room was clean but cloth used on glass surfaces had left lots of white fibres around the room.
I’m not keen on multiple small plastic toiletries - not great for the environment especially when the products aren’t good quality.
