Close to Windsor Park football ground. Close to lots of eating places too. I even walked to Grand Central Station which was interesting and enjoyable. Nearly everything I needed for a quick overnight stay on a budget.

Location is nice, close to Queen’s University, bus stop (to city centre) and supermarket. In the room there are kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. Outside the room there is a shared kitchen with basically everything for self cooking.

It is quite a small room. I am short so it is fine (157cm). A taller person might find it narrow. There were a few spiders on the ceiling corner, I know they are fine but it was a bit annoying me. Another thing is that you can hear people passing by, coming from the main door, and walking upstairs. Probably with earplugs might be better.

When you’re in luck this property can be super peaceful and comfy. The bed was great and the manager was lovely and responsive to guest needs.

Because it’s in a university area it can be very noisy at night. If you’re unlucky this means that young groups of friends may be staying at the property and will wake you up all hours of the night slamming doors, stomping up and down the stairs and just generally being inconsiderate. The property itself also needs a really good clean, whilst the shared kitchen seemed spotless the rooms were very dusty, old food was left in the refrigerator, the bathroom bin was missing a liner, and the fluffy duvet cover was disgusting.
