Faultless. A perfect stay.

Beautiful decor comfortable and clean

I cannot fault this hotel. The food, facilities, and staff are all great. It's clean, well-maintained and the rooms are quite big. The hotel itself is perfectly located, and a walkable distance to the Botanic Gardens. There are four bus routes into Belfast city centre, including a direct bus route to and from Grand Central Train Station.

Friendly check in and location

Stayed in the apartment and there was a distinct smell of smoke. The kitchen is fairly run down, cupboards not hinged properly, laminate on floor not down properly and wallpaper coming off the wall at the sink. It was clean, but these little bits made it not feel clean. Kitchen wasnt stocked well. Did tell reception about the smell of smoke, and apologies given but no offer to move me. The windows were all open, so likely it was known before my arrival. At check out, all i was advised was that it would be passed on to maintenence team.
