Comfy, QUIET, warm and clean. Loved having kettle in the room.
Shower cap didn't work properly, but still able to shower

Location good, bed comfy
No phone in room as people next door making so much noise, shouting etc and TV loud, so had to go downstairs to complain, then it started again 4 hours later, if there was a phone, would not have to go downstairs!!
When we came back to hotel from an early appointment, my husband wanted a shower, unfortunately there was no water and not informed of this so had to go downstairs again.
My recommendation is not to put people next door to each other when the hotel is qyuiet.

The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The shower room was small yet everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Right next to Queens University and easy walk into town.

Staff are very friendly & helpful, it's clean, a quiet location & takes 15 mins to walk into the city centre. Lots of cafés etc close by.
It's an Ibis so the decor is basic but you know that when you book it.

This property was lovely from the outside and also on entry very clean and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable! The bar area i did not use or dine in however it did look nice and inviting, if I had the opportunity to use it I would have. When checking out on Friday morning I was made the best cappuccino I have had in ages that set me right up for my exam from the loveliest receptionist. This hotel catered for everything I expected and everything I needed to a high standard and with great customer care. Check in and check out was efficent and easy going. (Sorry I did not catch names in my rush).
Fire alarm was set of by a guest in the early hours of the morning and had exit for a short time, the manger and receptionist on check out were apologetic and accommodating about the situation, even though there was no fault on thier behalf, again not an ideal situation as I slept in due to no sleep, however the kindness and quality customer care I received at the time made all the difference to this situation, thank you 😊

Great value for money, very nice hotel with extremely friendly & efficient staff.
The area, advertised as city centre but in reality, you are a good 20 mins walk from it.

Location was great, very handy you can avail of parking in the hotel up the road. Fantastic value for money.
Walls are very thin, could hear people flushing toilets in rooms next to us. Three sockets in the entire room and none of them next to the bed. Two next to the telly and one under the mirror? Only one pillow on the bed and no extras in the room.

Easy to get to from train station, buses or walking. Breakfast was good but if you are a small eater £14 is a lot!
Bar had run out of a couple of draught beers, we asked for extra pillows and towels but only got pillows.

Breakfast was amazing!!
It needed an update for sure. Lights was faulty in my room and doors didn’t lock and I had a kid who sleep walks. I have stayed in the other ibis and they have been done up but these ones haven’t why?

Nice clean hotel, well situated just on the outskirts of the city centre about 20min walk into town but close to the university, Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Nothing really had no complaints.

Walking distance to cafes and restaurants and Laverys comedy club. Very kind staff, they offered us a drinks voucher as we are newly weds, we forgot to use it though! We were given the option to choose a different room of the disabled one wasnt ok. We were tired and just kept it.
I would go back as we were warmly welcomed. Food was grand, nothing fancy. The nachos were a bit strange, pizza was lovely.
The disabled room bathroom was smelly and had black gundge in the sink drain rim. The toilet water splashed out all over the place on the floor with flushing which was appalling. The room itself smelled funny.

Lots of great things to say about this hotel. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean room, facilities as expected, and location very close to Queens University with a huge variety of bars and eating establishments on the doorstep, Having said that, its only a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre, with everything it has to offer. A particular thank you to Amanda on reception who was very friendly and helpful.
Guests allowing their doors to slam close on their departure was disturbing early in the mornings especially as we were on holiday and looking for to lie in.

Basically all good. On arrival staff very helpful and continued to be.
Breakfast buffet to start was very good, plenty of choice. However, they need to pay more attention to turn over - replenishing items of food items also simple things like crockery and keeping foods hot and warm plates.

Friendly staff, good location for city hospital and university. Lots of good cafes and restaurants close by, with easy access to train station and buses. Didn’t have breakfast included as cheaper to go to local cafe, but is available if you prefer.
Also easy 20 minute walk into Belfast.
A small bar fridge would be pretty handy to have in room.

I like the location of the hotel which is close to Queen's University Belfast and other attractions in the city centre.
I don't like the quality of the mattress in my room, it is not flat and is probably very old. I also don't like that there is no variety in the daily breakfast.
