Great for a few nights in Belfast.

Liked the location, very central. Generally very modern room with everything required for a few nights. Facilities to make tea, coffee were provided. Sugar too but there wasnt a spoon! The bathroom was great, again, clean modern. It is perfect for a couple of nights and if you arent spending too much time inside. I would recommend booking an apartment if you will as they appear more spacious. Communication was great and they let us check in early as we arrived early.

The room was clean, not spotless. I moved the lamp and there was a film of dust on the side table. The room (I was aware when I booked) was quite small which meant our bed was very close to the door we could hear everything in the hallway and vice versa Im sure people could hear us in our room. A big rug could absorb some of that sound snd make it feel a little more cosy.

Lovely apartment near Botanic Station

Amazing apartment in a great location a stones throw from Botanic station and many shops and restaurants. Great comms, lovely and clean, cute extras like hand soaps, shower gel, tea and coffee bits. Good WiFi and all tv channels for a night in or just general. Very quiet block of apartments. Friendly hosts, thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable but chilly

Comfortable, decent cooking facilities good location close to Queens & Botanic area.

No curtains and it was very cold. OK as long as the heating was on but I had to run it all day as there's no insulation, and it got really bright in the mornings too so you'll be up at sunrise.

Short Weekend Stay

Location to the centre of Belfast was perfect, 35 min walk to the titanic and a 15 min walk up to the Crown bar and Europa. Communication with the host, was fantastic. The room was Clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable,

Room dark in the daytime. Too bright at night (heating control light very bright and no curtains/dark blinds). Room and bathroom could do with more shelves and coat hooks. Room very small. No staff on site so first night there was a very loud party of people going in and out with no recourse.

Nice bedroom but the rest of the suite was pretty dirty.

bedroom was ok, but the kitchen and living area was pretty dirty - the couch was covered with filth. The window covering was broken and slung up on the bar, not appealing or useable at all. The bathroom was fantastic, great shower. The lights were confusing - there was a mirror with a light that would not work so instead of having a bathroom light, you had to turn on all the lights.

The living space was very dirty, the kitchen and couch needed cleaning and the drapes were broken.

Short and comfy stay in the university area

The location for this stay was great. I loved the tea, sugar and milk available on arrival. I didn’t use the stove top but it was lovely to have the option

It was a bit loud but I had just spent a week in the country with sheep. I think that it was fine I was just extra used to extreme quiet 🙂

Way too expensive for what it is

Good location, you can walk into the town center and train station is near.

It’s not a hotel or B‘n‘B so no staff anywhere. I had no information about the checkin till I stood in front of a closed door with no way in. Staff seems to communicate only through WhatsApp. At least the key situation got resolved quickly. Room is tiny. No chair or anything to put your clothes. No space on the sink either for the toothbrush. Annoyingly you couldn’t open the windows more than a centimeter so it was stocky in the room. View from the window wasn’t particularly nice. It’s soulless and clearly people who own it just wanna make money, they couldn’t care less about the people staying there.

Nice apartment but road-facing, hot and noisy.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Upon request, the owner kindly provided us with a fan to help keep cool at night.

Apartment was very hot and it’s on a busy road. Constant road noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The apartment is conveniently located but we did not feel comfortable walking in the area at night.

A lovely, clean, well run, and safe place to stay—it was nearly perfect for our needs.

The location on Botanic Avenue made it so easy to take a lovely evening walk every night in the exquisite Botanic Gardens. It was quiet, safe, and clean. We were close to restaurants and a small market. Easy walk to all the things we wanted to experience around Belfast. The kitchen was perfect for our needs.

The wifi was spotty at best, it kept kicking us off and didn’t connect us automatically when we returned. After long days walking and sightseeing , that became a bit irritating.

Quiet and peaceful. Close to everywhere. Absolutely spotless and clean. And self check in was perfect for us arriving late at night. Laura was immediately responsive with codes and any help we needed. Absolutely best we've stayed in by far.

Clean, comfy, reasonably-priced

The unit was clean and modern. The bathroom was notable for having an excellent shower. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was well-stocked and tidy with the very minor exception that it looked like something had melted and refrozen in the freezer. The apartments are in a neighborhood that is quite walkable to the attractions of Belfast, and we felt secure there. Check-in was contact-less and easy. Our unit was very quiet aside from the squeaky bedsprings we heard in another unit. There was free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the kitchen.

The bedroom above our unit (#3), had a bed with loud, squeaky springs that we heard through the ceiling. To the credit of the property manager or owner, when I let her know of the problem, she offered to let us move into another unit for the 2nd night of our 2-night stay. We decided to stay put to avoid having to pack up our things and move for just one night. I would recommend a blackout curtain for the window near the kitchen in Unit 3 since there are bright lights outside that window. The light that came in at night wasn't terrible, just a bit more than I would have liked.

Friendly stuff, well-equipped rooms – all-around an excellent stay.

Booking was super easy and straightforward. Laura (employee of The Alliance) was incredibly friendly and helpful — communication worked perfectly via the Booking.com chat or even WhatsApp, which made everything very convenient. The location is great: there’s a supermarket nearby and a street with lots of bars, delivery chains, and restaurants just around the corner. But at night still very quiet. It’s also a relatively short walk into the city center. The room itself – especially the bathroom and kitchen – felt very new and modern. Everything you need is provided, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

The bed size could be a little bigger. It just fits for two adults.

I was unable to take up my place at this property because it would have involved walking up four flight stairs of stairs and I suffer from a respiratory problem. My fault for not asking earlier but I would advise future potential clients who suffer from similar ailments to consider this matter. The hosts were perfectly courteous in their dealings with me and I wish them well.

Comfortable stay in a fantastic, vibrant city.

Didn’t actually stay in The Alliance, we were moved to a 1 Bedroom apartment, nearby, free of charge. Communication from the owner was great. Accessing the apartment was very easy and it was clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished with lots of space. The toiletries in the bathroom and coffee, tea etc was a nice touch. There were lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, which was excellent.

The apartment was further away from the University, which was the reason for our stay, however it was closer to the city. The street itself was a main road so it was exceptionally noisy with traffic, which meant very little sleep.
