I actually fled a dodgy accommodation and checked in here, and I'm so glad I did. It was the exact peace I needed to end my trip to Belfast. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everything you need is steps away from the hotel, and main attractions are a short trip on public transit.

The manager was so so nice!
He told us booking.com charged us extortionate price, we paid £240 for 1 night and a fancy, much nicer hotel was actually £208. The beds were comfy. Location is fab.
The "accessible" room was tiny, shower wasn't completely adequate and the room was also accessed up 3 steps. So if you need accessible, the ground floor options aren't accessible if you are in a wheelchair.
I don't know was the original room I booked into any better if the one I was allocated was "nicer"
