Ok hotel but poor sleep due to noises of plumbing and heating

Central location and good price

Every time toilet flushed the pipes made loud noises. When heating came on at 6am it made loud hissing noises through the radiators. Poor night’s sleep due to all of this noise. Needs an upgrade

Only the location

Old dirty and the bathroom was awful. The shower doesn't work properly. The tv is old and the signal very poor. We couldn't watch any Chanel because they kept flickering. Late at night 0100 hrs I needed staff to help me with the room Nxt door. 2nd night of really loud music. No one was at reception. I wait 10-15 mins. No one appeared. The hotel is very over priced.

Very affordable price for a comfy clean bed within a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels

The room was very very hot and we didn’t see to have any control over the temperature. There are no plugs beside the beds which isn’t the end of the world but a little annoying

Not a lot, in dire need of a refurbishment although staff were very friendly.

Old rooms, dusty, no shower gel, shampoo etc, no control over temperature. Had to request iron, very old fashioned iron and board. A prison cell has more amenities

Russell the reception manager was really wonderful and helpful. I didn't feel great and tried to get some milk from a shop nearby but they were closed. Russell offered some milk from the staff fridge to help settle me and was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't thank him enough.

Would prefer more options in the vending machine or ability to get milk for a tea. But all in all it was good.

The hotel was in a good location with onsite parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and a little tired looking but it was clean and the bed was very comfy.

I wouldn’t ever stay here again and I couldn’t in all good conscience recommend it to anyone else

The location was good. The staff member when I arrived was friendly enough.

The bedroom smelled awful - a musty smell as if the windows hadn’t been opened in years. The one window that did open only did so by a tiny amount so the smell remained for the whole night. It said on the property’s website that parking is free so I was taken aback to be charged extra for this on arrival. Their car park system also seemed inadequate as I had to return to the front desk to have the barrier raised when they had assured me it would do so automatically. I asked for recommendations for a restaurant and was directed to a street full of grubby take aways.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff, spoilt by unacceptable behaviour from the people next door.

The hotel was good, the rooms were comfortable, the location was good and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall stay was value for money and i would stay her again if i come to Belfast.

We was woken up at 02.00 by the people next door running and shouting in the corridor banging the main door over and over again in a drunken state. This unacceptable noise went on until 04.00, with there not being a phone in the room we were unable to call the reception staff to complain. We did report this to the reception staff when we checked out that morning and told them that this had spoiled what was otherwise a nice stay.
