Not a lot, in dire need of a refurbishment although staff were very friendly.

Old rooms, dusty, no shower gel, shampoo etc, no control over temperature. Had to request iron, very old fashioned iron and board. A prison cell has more amenities

Good location. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

The tv wasn’t working properly- weird colour issues. The heating wouldn’t turn on. The shower was terrible. And there were no power sockets beside the bed.

Russell the reception manager was really wonderful and helpful. I didn't feel great and tried to get some milk from a shop nearby but they were closed. Russell offered some milk from the staff fridge to help settle me and was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't thank him enough.

Would prefer more options in the vending machine or ability to get milk for a tea. But all in all it was good.

Great location with easy parking near Queens university. Lots of eating options locally.

The heating in the room made it quite toasty and not able to turn it off. No power sockets close to your bed or desk in rm 431.

Comfortable and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location in the middle of the university quarter.

Shower didnt get hot but bath taps did, so had to have baths. My window looked into a a wall so no view.

The hotel was in a good location with onsite parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and a little tired looking but it was clean and the bed was very comfy.

No food available only vending machine , no plug sockets beside the bed only on the far side of the room which was awkward and no proper toilet roll For €200 definitely wasn’t worth it

It was an ideal location and price with amazing staff.

Location was great and had great resturants and pubs around it. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Facilities such as plug location in the room wasnt ideal. Plugs not being either side of the bed was a slight hindrance.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff, spoilt by unacceptable behaviour from the people next door.

The hotel was good, the rooms were comfortable, the location was good and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall stay was value for money and i would stay her again if i come to Belfast.

We was woken up at 02.00 by the people next door running and shouting in the corridor banging the main door over and over again in a drunken state. This unacceptable noise went on until 04.00, with there not being a phone in the room we were unable to call the reception staff to complain. We did report this to the reception staff when we checked out that morning and told them that this had spoiled what was otherwise a nice stay.

I wouldn’t ever stay here again and I couldn’t in all good conscience recommend it to anyone else

The location was good. The staff member when I arrived was friendly enough.

The bedroom smelled awful - a musty smell as if the windows hadn’t been opened in years. The one window that did open only did so by a tiny amount so the smell remained for the whole night. It said on the property’s website that parking is free so I was taken aback to be charged extra for this on arrival. Their car park system also seemed inadequate as I had to return to the front desk to have the barrier raised when they had assured me it would do so automatically. I asked for recommendations for a restaurant and was directed to a street full of grubby take aways.

There is a parking space available at the front of the InnBelfast. We would stay in this hotel again

This hotel is located in the Queens University Area of Belfast, not too far from the City Centre; it affords peace and tranquillity day and night. The Staff are kind and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and spotless and the beds are very comfortable indeed! The thick but soft carpet puts you in a relaxed frame of mind. We loved using the elevator because it is noiseless and the lights are slightly dimmed: it felt like being teleported from ground floor to other floors at the speed of light. Thank you for our stay and the opportunity to review this great hotel!

When we walked into our well-furnished room, we realized that the bin was missing; Reception kindly provided one promptly from their own office! The option for breakfast is not given, but all shops are within easy reach.

Unfortunately the shower mixer in the room lacked pressure and was hard to regulate the temperature often leading to a cold 🥶 morning shower. That was the only fault with our stay.
