Great location for all the action of East Belfast.

Such a great location for all the local bars and restaurants nearby. Close to the botanical gardens and the Ulster Museum. Nice big room and the shower was awesome.

It’s very close to the university so there was quite a bit of noise from parties and people on the street late into the night and early morning.

It was good. Clean and comfortable.

Location was good. Only a few minutes walk from amenities. When I rang staff on two separate occasions, the ladies that answered were very pleasant and very helpful.

No kitchen for making food. When having a shower, the water seemed to pool in several places in the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.

Comfortable and value for money

Nice size room with a very comfortable bed. We stayed in a standard double room and found on street parking practically outside the accommodation. The property had left us a complimentary bottle of wine and crisps which was a very nice welcoming touch. Communication with the assistant manager very much on point, fast, clear and efficient. It is a self service guesthouse and whilst it was a very reasonably priced stay you are asked and expected to clear up after yourself re towels, bins and cutlery, replacements and extra towels are pretty much all available on site if needed. A code to get in and out of the accommodation and our room was sent 24 hrs in advance and was easy to follow and use. We had a pleasant comfortable stay and we would stay again. I also like botanic Avenue and the atmosphere of the area so the accommodation is well located for that.

Our room was to the back of the property so no street view which I like when we stay in or near botanic so I would book a different room next time for that reason only … we ran out of small milks supplied by the accommodation and unfortunately there were no more available on site till the changeover on Saturday so if you like your tea I would suggest bringing a milk with you and there is a fridge in the room to store it, which is a bonus

Basically accommodation clean and tidy to sleep for the night

I have booked a double bed but the bed was two single beds together and you could feel the gap in the middle of the bed. Shower wasn't very good water just dripped out of it no power at all for a shower in it. For the price I paid I would have expected a bit better especially a double mattress not two single beds together with a dip in the middle and shower with some more power in it. You are also expected to nearly clean your room before leaving it

Very cold, tv didn’t work, no kitchen, says on website kitchen be sorted spring 24, which was last year. The tv was in Spanish, it wouldn’t connect to their own WiFi, said they would get someone to fix it but no one came. Was absolutely hounded by messages from them once I had booked it, very high up on rules. Definitely not worth it

The room was amazing. Exactly what the pictures showed.

The bathroom was in general pretty clean but when you looked a bit better not so much. The drain from the sink was clogged. So it was very unhandy when you where brushing your teeth that the sink was overfloating. For the rest, all very good!

Communication was very good with clear instructions on access. Location was an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens and many options for food. It was great to have access to a microwave and having a small fridge in the room was such a bonus.

My room was on top floor and very hot. I requested a fan which was delivered the next day. A fan should be in the room all the time for guests. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Among the best rooms in central belfast I have stayed. The original features, high ceilings and spacious room made it an amazing experience. Everything is done to a high standard and communal areas very clean.

Nothing regarding the property, but the customer service was at times a little intimidating in tone, which was unnecessary. The property rules are extensive and made me feel they had had problems in the past with guests that have necessitated this approach.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Belfast. Everything was excellent. When we return we will stay there again!! Great location, had no idea of location at all as had never visited before. We could and did walk to everywhere we wanted to see. The staff were so kind and helpful before we arrived. Beautiful wee, clean and perfectly sized room. We were there four nights but would have been comfortable for more than that. Can not recommend enough!!

Spacious and central!

Location is good, room is very spacious, bed large and comfortable, bathroom lovely, accommodation secure. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are just fantastic: friendly and helpful!

Just a couple of small things: cord for kettle is very short so had to be on the floor when plugged in. Also, tricky to clean cups, glasses, etc., when no soap, sponge, teatowel is available. We did our best but did the last guest???

Amazingly spacious spotless suite 5*

Beautifully furnished spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed with crisp linen.and ample towels. Easy to use heating control. Huge bathroom fully equipped. On arrival was greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and Tayto crisps. Definitely return again soon.

Poor business processes. 1. I received a confirmation, money was taken, but I didn’t get codes to the door until I supplied photo ID, via email or phone. 2. Room had not been cleaned 3. Confirmation indicated check-in was 2pm, they claimed 3pm.

Tidy clean room, with helpful staff, although not an apartment and no Internet.

We had a problem entering the property and the lady who helped us out was extremely helpful - Nicola. I thought the complimentary wine/crisps was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. The room was clean.

It wasn't an apartment.; Problems getting in front door/room. No wifi. TV inconsistent - channels weren't always available - buffering. Would have been nice to have been able to store luggage after leave time - most places you can and come back to it - so had to have it with us for the rest of the day before getting out flight. Didn't like that part of Belfast, felt a bit unsafe walking the streets.
