Great apartment with a comfortable bed close to the city centre. We particularly liked the bright and spacious room, which the photos do not give full credit to. Also: high quality windows that block most noises from the street, plenty of amenities (from the fridge to a large desk), and an easy check-in experience. Happy to come again when in Belfast.

The WiFi was slow and unreliable, which is a real problem on a business/conference trip such as ours.

Two bottles of water, cookies, towels, and basic toiletries were provided. Location is walking distance to Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum.

The room was miserably dusty, warm and stuffy. The windows were not openable. Bedsheets were stained. Mattress was very thin and you could feel the bed frame. Shower area was small even for a petite Asian. I asked for a fan and was provided one but it was very dusty. A staff handed me the fan in person and strangely did not even bother to clean the fan. Staff response took hours, don't expect prompt replies. Location was quite far from city center. Neighbourhood was quiet and did not feel safe. Booked three nights but could only stay for one because of the discomfort, and had to quickly look for a new accommodation. Tried to upload photos of the fan and stained sheets but they couldnt be uploaded.
