Location was perfect as I was spending time at the University. Room was well-lit and comfortable. Staff I met were super nice.
The common trash on the ground floor can should have been emptied. It was full over the whole week of my stay. Nor were the dishes gathered from the first floor return area. Minor points; but a bit frustrating.

Great apartment with a comfortable bed close to the city centre. We particularly liked the bright and spacious room, which the photos do not give full credit to. Also: high quality windows that block most noises from the street, plenty of amenities (from the fridge to a large desk), and an easy check-in experience. Happy to come again when in Belfast.
The WiFi was slow and unreliable, which is a real problem on a business/conference trip such as ours.

Basically accommodation clean and tidy to sleep for the night
I have booked a double bed but the bed was two single beds together and you could feel the gap in the middle of the bed. Shower wasn't very good water just dripped out of it no power at all for a shower in it. For the price I paid I would have expected a bit better especially a double mattress not two single beds together with a dip in the middle and shower with some more power in it. You are also expected to nearly clean your room before leaving it
