Lwr Ormeau Guest House

The location is fairly central with cafes and restaurants nearby. It is next to a bar called the Rose and Crown which is a friendly spot frequented mainly by locals with good pints of Guinness at under a fiver. I also noticed that the accommodation was very quiet. The showers and toilets were kept very clean. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the kitchen or my room. The man who was looking after the rooms was very helpful. Asking me daily if I needed extra cereal or yoghurts or anything ( continental breakfasts are provided).

Nothing to do with the management but there was one couple that monopolised the kitchen as if they owned it. I felt like saying something but did not. Just put it down to one of those things.

Breakfast items and fridge were good. Very clean. Bed comfortable

Room was very small. Parking was an issue.

The property was a great stay for the price. Host was very fast to respond when we had a question. Check in/Checkout was contactless and super easy.

Location. If I were to visit Belfast again, I would pay extra to stay in the City Centre as getting around would be much easier.

Check in and check out were very easy and convenient. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean.

The 'continental' breakfast was misleading at best. Cheap porridge pots, one of which was already open. The milk for the tea was gone off and chunky. No yogurts in the fridge, the fruit looked past its best and the pastries were not fresh, but cheap kids snacks from tesco along with the orange juice boxes.
