It was a great location for us whilst house hunting, everywhere we went was in walking distance. This place was just such a find, cheaper than any hotel or hostel we looked at but with the bonus of being able to have the use of a kitchen. The room was cosy and warm, bed was comfy, we had a TV & a fridge which was stocked well with enough items for breakfast plus lovely fresh bread in the kitchen to eat as well. There was nobody else in the place so we had the bathrooms & kitchen to ourselves. What a great wee find & I'll certainly be telling friends & family to book here when coming to visit Belfast. The area is great for food, drink, walking in the park & nice wee shops. We booked 1 night but ended up staying 2!

The room was very tidy and clean, heat was on constant which was great as the weather was cold,it was nice to get or few bits in fridge porridge and fruit with juice,kitchen was clean and well kept, showers in both toilets worked well.
People coming upstairs making noise after 11 as if they were possibly drunk speaking very load and rattling keys unable to get in to there room,we stayed 2 nights and we never got our fridge restocked the second night,I requested gluten free bread when booking and was told I would be catered for but unfortunately that didn't happen,cooker nob was broke so couldn't make food.
