Needed quick accommodation due to a last-minute change in travel plans.
This was reasonably priced (especially due to the Fleadh) and close enough to Belfast Grand Central.
It is a bit outside the City Centre and if you're interested in visiting the Gaeltacht, make sure you take the bus or have a car booked.

Great location and great value. Cosy little room with a comfortable desk to work from. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Felt very secure as the different floors were access controlled and further sub-divided into small sections.
Didn't use all the facilities but explored them while I was there and looked very convenient to access kitchens, gym space, etc.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was very convenient for south side of the city and public transport. Maybe a bit of a walk if you want to visit Cathedral/Titanic quarters.

The hotel was reasonably priced and in a convenient location, close to the station and around a 15-minute walk from central Belfast. The room was very basic, but that was expected given the price.
However, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing, as there were no hairdryers, shower gel or even hand soap provided. The room was also very hot, with no air conditioning and windows that didn’t open properly.
Overall, it’s fine for a cheap stay if you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel room.
