Great location and great value. Cosy little room with a comfortable desk to work from. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Felt very secure as the different floors were access controlled and further sub-divided into small sections.
Didn't use all the facilities but explored them while I was there and looked very convenient to access kitchens, gym space, etc.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was very convenient for south side of the city and public transport. Maybe a bit of a walk if you want to visit Cathedral/Titanic quarters.

The place is within striking distance of city centre which is great but also on the cusp of a unionist area, between two very large Union Jack flags which is slightly unnerving. The bedroom and living spaces were really clean- but we barely slept. The window opened no more than two inches, the room was stifling.! A £5 fan from Guineys would have helped a lot and the window blind (see pic) was transparent so there was no darkness. It was a nice space, but I paid a little extra for somewhere to sleep for a few hours and it didn’t deliver. It was 20 degrees outside, can’t imagine what it would like in warmer weather but for a dark, winter visit it would be perfect
