Very happy with the hotel.

Close to where we were going out to. The staff were so helpful, and the night doorman made it feel very safe. The rooms were large, clean & very comfortable beds.

The bath getting into the shower can be very slippery, but that’s the only thing.

residents bar closed early enough but was probably for the best! Breakfast started a little late for myself to avail of it but it wasn't a problem

Great stay, great location amazing staff

Made a massive fuss for my 8 year old for her birthday lots of lovely little touches made her feel very special and went the extra mile. Really made her stay all the better. Staff were excellent and I would definitely recommend to a friend. A very enjoyable stay.

Loud wouldn’t stay again with kids

Bed was comfy

The noise was awful. Was staying with children and they struggled to sleep. An alarm also went off in our room in the middle of the night like a fire alarm but it wasn’t. We have no idea what it was it stopped after 10 seconds. A bit of a walk to the town also

I loved the warm.welcome from staff they were very helpful made sure we knew wete our rooms were times of breakfast , dinner and staff in restaurant were friendly helpful makingvsure we had everthing we needed andcwere satisfied with their service

The shower head was busted , I feel there needed to be a mat in the shower as it was slippy & bathroom could be redecorated .

I like the bar/restaurant next door. Good lunch. Great decor. The hotel is also close to the Botanic Train Station for going to the Titanic Quarter.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and relatively convenient being 10-12m walk from the City Centre. It has a lot of character with a grand old fashioned panelled bar & restaurant. The staff were very pleasant & helpful and it's great value for money.

It's next to a busy road and since it's within walking distance of the Uni the bar and street can be a little noisy till quite late during term times. Being slightly dated the aircon is not great so you are left with a choice of noise or opening the window. If you're a light sleeper ask if there's a room not street facing.

We had an executive room which was a lovely size. The bed was huge…bigger than a king size and literally the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in!
