Location was great. The room facing window was too thin so at night it was a bit hard to sleep. But the room was spacious and sense of privacy. A bit dusty but overall clean.

Basically it is a building with a bar and the hotel rooms. So music was pretty loud at night. At least they could just turn off the speaker at the entrance. Anyways, music from the speaker is pretty loud. except that, everything else was good. Clean and cozy and hot water.

Must admit was not quite sure about self booking in system. But..they called me the first night to make sure I was ok/happy. The room/ facilities were excellent. Loved the welcome bottle of beer...although didn’t have it but sure it was appreciated. Booking out a little disjointed... Door card dropbox inside foyer...logout pad outside entrance door. Otherwise..great concept...thank you

Checking in was a little bit of a struggle because the machine wasn't working, but staff was super helpful, and we eventually got the key card working. The room was spacious, and the food at the bar below the hotel was so good! Appreciated the free beer for hotel guests too. Overall, a good stay!

Easy check in other than the card scanner wasn’t working at the time but the staff came and helped us! Also no elevator lots of stairs if your staying on top floor like us ! So if you have lots of baggage and aren’t young and able to lift it up may be something to take into consideration. Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, set with everything you need.. free water bottles, a couple snacks, toiletries… 10/10! Only complaint is the room gets pretty hot and opening the window/ turning on the small fan doesn’t help. And it wasn’t hot weather during our stay just the building was stuffy and hot!

We were able to get a free parking spot on the street which was very nice. Check in was incredibly easy. The beer was very welcome. Only issue which would probably rarely be an issue for anyone else was the unseasonably warm weather, no air conditioning, and the windows would not open. There was a small fan that helped.

Close to everything, perfect location, easy to navigate, it states that it’s above the bar and we thought it would be noisy turned out it wasn’t at all and great that they give free beer! Self service, not difficult at all at the same time it is the best time ever so I have no encounter with the staff which is great for an introvert and anti socialist

Awesome stay, loved the self check-in and the beer fridge in the check-in area from which you can help yourself to a chilled, refreshing bottle of lager - perfect after travelling. Room was situated on the first floor, above the bar and overlooking the street. Excellent sized room, good en-suite and amazing shower. As you’d expect being directly above the bar meant that you could hear the noise from below. The bar closes at midnight and for me this wasn’t an issue as I was heading out to the theatre and planned to have a pint of Guinness (or two) on my return. The room has a great vue of the street and there’s a wee sitting area in the window. It was from this vantage point that I enjoyed my complimentary beverage whilst watching the world go by. Ideally located for visiting Queen’s University and this area, about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Belfast and close to one of Belfast’s train stations. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in one of the of the most famous spots in Belfast. The viewing deck was a class act when it comes to our favourite hobby which is people watching. Highly recommend for the price, as well as checking yourself in creating your own room keycards for your room, makes for something different.

We switched to this hotel last minute for a weekend away in Belfast and we’re so glad we did. The staff were so helpful & also accommodated an early check in as we arrived early. The room was very spacious & the bed was comfortable. There was free beer on arrival and also complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities in the room. We stayed in the room above the bar and the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The window lounge seat was great for chilling out/people watching. Bar/restaurant downstairs was a lovely vibe with heaters and outdoor seating. The Chinese next door was also lovely! I’d definitely recommend staying here and would return again. Great spot & fab value for money :)

Absolute bargain price. Room was described as above the bar and may be noisy. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night, noise eas acceptable and did not disturb us. What did disturb us was the awful smell of smoke from the folks outside. This didnt happen on the Sunday night as the bar wasnt as busy and possibly no smokers. But the Monday evening, it was sickening. The room has no air conditioning and we had left the window open all day on Monday as we had been warm on the Sunday night. So, when we returned on Monday evening at 10pm......eeeeuuugghh.

Very spacious room, very clean, good location. My issues had to do with the heater, either the heater wasn’t working effectively or the room was too big for one heater. Secondly there wasn’t enough light in the room, they only had just 2 bed side lamps, that definitely cant be enough to illuminate such a big room. Thirdly the property needs an elevator. Aside those issues, I enjoyed my stay.
